Came for dinner at 6:15 pm. They were out of the majority of entire items as well as their passion tea and regular tea. Had to settle for 3 choice on food items. Almost seemed like they were getting ready to close.

Usually, they give out great food but this time, only ONE piece of beef from the broccoli BEEF. The Kung Pao Chicken, I mean look at the picture. Really? Couldn't add a little more after waiting for more to be done cooking? Nothing against the staff attitude or service just the food serving.

Store dining room was posted to close at 8:30. I arrived at 7:50. There was 4 people in front of me that turned around and left without ordering. When I got there I found out why. There was no rice, and only three entree to choose from. They said they were closing soon, yea like in :40 minutes.

Unbelievable experience. The employee behind the counter taking my order looked at me like she hated me and was somewhat rude. She didn’t give me proper portion sizes like all the other pandas do. The food was not up to par with the other pandas. The employee was not polite. When she gave me my cup her fingers were all inside the cup. It’s the it about time people understand not to do that. She didn’t give me condiments or a fortune cookie. I tried to pay with a hundred dollar bill and she told me she couldn’t do it even though it’s noon and she didn’t even ask another coworker if it was possible to make change. I eat at panda throughout the valley about three times a week and I will never come back to this location again.

I went thru the drive thru tonight. They said they are only taking cash. When I got to the window all I wanted was a large chow mein, the girl at the window said they can't take my order at the window. This is very disappointing and sad because the value of customer service have gone down hill. Zero star

How is this place still open? Because idiots like me return hoping it will be different. Food, if it's available, is rarely consistent and the employees are full of it, I don't mean Soy Sauce. If they say they're out of something, it's likely they are just too lazy to cook more.

If i can only give 0 star to this place, i would. Dont come here, go to the other panda here in hanford instead. For one, theyre not even that busy, and they made us wait for 23 minutes. Which i dont understand why. They said theyre making more fried rice and waiting on my orange chicken. Well, the orange chicken i understand but i saw it came quick. The fried rice? How did the other customers after me got their fried rice and food before us? When i ordered, there was still friend rice. They shouldve put our fried rice on the plate and just waited for the orange chicken. No apologies whatsover from the lady manager. And shes yelling too asking me if i wanted some sauce from the counter while im sitted all the way in front window. So unprofessional. And, theyre not consistent. I saw how much they put on other peoples plate and ours. Again didnt even apologize. for the long delay on our food. Dont come here, i know i wont.
