I ordered broccoli cheddar soup & asked if I could get some salt & pepper on the side, the lady at the desk proceeded to roll her eyes & for the rest of the order gave obvious attitude, when my food arrived she intentionally put extra pepper in the bag with no salt .

I like Panara food usually but was pretty disappointed this time. We were there around 7pm on a weeknight, it was relatively quiet so we couldn't figure out why it took SO DAMN LONG for our food. We went with another couple and they got their food after 20 mins and had finished eating by the time my half a sandwich & soup and my husband's sandwich came out. My sandwich was mostly bread, hardly any meat on it. And when I ordered the soup I asked if it came with cheese, bacon & green onion sprinkled on top and was told yes. No it's not...the bacon is mixed in and the cheese they use is shredded WHITE cheese the I couldn't even see since it was potato soup and not a green onion in site. The soup was barely luke warm too.

I really don’t mind the taste of the food and service here at all. There usually isn’t any issues, I get my pastry and coffee, and sit right on down and mind my own business. I went here with a family member who got a different sized hot drink (which was smaller, 16oz vs. 20oz) than mine.
I was confused when they came out the same size, so I inquired to the man in the front as kindly as a could, not being hostile whatsoever at least from my view. He offered to make me a 20oz like I had originally ordered, and I said that would be amazing. It comes out, and the drink fills HALF the cup. I don’t know if I personally did something wrong to offend him or make him upset to do such, but I just wanted what I had originally paid for. These kinds of things really make me not want to come to this location, and in general Panera Bread.

I thought that Panera bread was okay but what kind of place sell soup and doesn't have saltine crackers I don't know about you but ever since I was a little kid I had soup I had saltines they go together
Unfortunately, the bagels at Panera Bread have noticeably shrunk in size, and when sliced and toasted, they become too thin and are often burnt, losing the fluffy texture that once made them so enjoyable. This has made the overall quality feel diminished compared to past visits. Additionally, the lack of staff on hand has resulted in a more impersonal experience, as customers are frequently directed to use kiosks, which can be frustrating when seeking human interaction. I hope Panera addresses both the quality of their bagels and the availability of staff to enhance the customer experience.

Updated review 10.15.24, since it won't let me do another. Those Bacon Rancher sandwiches are so good. Family of 4 got the pick2 and we all got that and all happy ? the sides of Broccoli cheddar soup, tomato soup, the med chicken Cobb salad, & bac Mac n cheese were delightful as well. I pre-ordered early for a 630 pick up. Got email, as well as the board saying ready for pick-up. Everything was still hot in there when I got home & didn't miss an item, including all the proper utensils. Made for a clean dinner as no clean up needed.
