I used to love this place but now pierice pizza isn’t pierice anymore, it’s totally different type of dough. Unlimited toppings on the website policy it’s saying that you can get extra for the same toppings in person they said you can’t have extra for the same topping. For Canadian bacon gave only 5 small pieces. And for pepperoni 5 pieces as well. On menu is saying small pierice and they’re saying they don’t have small pierice.

They get it right everytime and as of lately service has been way more welcoming.

The pizza is always fresh and delicious with the perfect amount of ingredients.

Worst pizza I have ever had from a restaurant and I used to love this place. Maybe its because I havent been in a while idk but they stopped carying 2 items I order. I got one thin crust and two pierise. All three were at best a sad frozen pizza equivalent. They were tough and chewy with a hard bottom and doughy middle.

I had to repeat my order several times, I don't know if the girl couldn't here me or comprehend what I was saying. I had to make a call because they didn't have what someone wanted and then I was ignored till another person came to finish my order and she thought they were don't with just cheese on them.

The place stunk like sour mold, I'm sorry I don't normally leave reviews like this, but the black/burned cornmeal that completely covered the bottom was just the last straw, this place has hit bottom

Came in to get my 3 year old a pizza and a salad. Pieology is her favorite restaurant she can eat at since she is gluten sensitive. Upon entering and ordering, my daughter started watching on of the TV screens in the restaurant. When I looked to see what my daughter was watching while waiting fir our order, I saw they were playing a TV-MA show. Squid Games. The scene I saw was where a man gets shot in the head point blank by a hand gun. Who knows what was happening in the show before I looked up. The staff could hear me telling my child to not look up at the TV and did not change it.I decided to take the order to go because this is not a safe environment for a young child's mind. I thought Pieology was a family friendly restaurant. I think I am mistaken if they play shows that have violence, death, profanity, sex, nudity, etc. I informed the employees that it was extremely inappropriate, and by the time I left, they changed it. It should never have been on in the first place and my toddler should not have been exposed to that walking into "family friendly restaurant." No apology will reverse her being subjected to that.

We have always enjoyed pieology but recently they have become extremely stingy with their toppings. We asked for extra cheese and we even offered to pay an additional fee. The manager refused to give us extra cheese. We again offered to pay an additional fee but were told “no we don’t offer extra cheese”.

I really like Pieology. The pizza is great, the restaurant is cool to hang out in, and the staff are very professional and nice every time I go. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that when you order online, you can't add extra cheese on a create your own pizza, only in restaurant or over the phone. You can do extra cheese on other pizza, but not the create your own, which seems pretty silly to me. Other than that, great place to eat, highly recommend.

I have always liked Pieology but I have been avoiding it lately because of the scarce amount of toppings. I gave it another chance today. My pizza had 8 pepperonis and can barely see any cheese you can tell on the edges that the sauce is smeared and barely any cheese.

Furthermore, when I asked the employee for cheese and pepper she literally gave me (1) pack of Parmesan cheese and (1) pack of red pepper. I asked for more and she gave me (1) more for my whole pizza.

I won’t be going back (not that it matters) until they fix this issue because obviously I’m not the only one leaving this kind of review.

Our pizza creator was named Frank M and he was just magnificent. He brought a smile to our faces and was super kind and quick. He's very funny and approachable and the service was the best I've seen! Thank you, Frank!
