Horrible customer service. Walked in and was ready to order . None of the staff even acknowledged the fact that I was at the register waiting to be greeted or asked if I was ready to order which I was because I always get the same thing . Waited some more finally some girl was walking to the register only to literally just shone me off and proceeded to help the door dasher that had walked in . Greeting him and getting his order like I wasn’t even there . Never going there again I’ll just go to domino’s pizza or get a Costco pizza . For the amount of money Pizza Hut is charging they should definitely consider training these employees and showing them proper Etiquette.

My pizza was so extra small. Description did not tell me that it was a personal pizza. It was also burnt. I tired to order a make your own salad and only had 2 options to add anything in it (feta, red onion). I got the wrong dressing. An the wings were chewy. Overall didn’t like my experience. Would not order from there again.

They didn't honor a nationwide ad/special on a large any toppings/specialty pizza for $12.99. Their lame excuse is that they aren't franchise. My question then is, then why keep and use their name and likeness? This place could have used the "real" Pizza Hut's special/ad to acquire business.

Goods; i ordered stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, and it was good. Quality and taste was good. Delivery time was reasonable, and the delivery person was friendly. It's pricey for what you get thou. Now for the bad, I also ordered garlic bread sticks. These bread sticks were hard, and seemed to be from like 2 days old. I ate one and immediately was disappointed. I will never order these again, which is disappointing because, come on who doesn't want garlic bread sticks? Pizza hut needs to up their game when it comes to this item. Overall, I rated pizza hut 3 stars because, I believe it's over priced for what you get, quality on bread sticks needs major improvement. In times where everything is expensive they should still keep quality in mind.

The phone service was terrible, the person was extremely rude and disrespectful. She Had an attitude while we were ordering. And body shamed. Cancelled the order and went somewhere else. Not worth anyones time.
