Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I've heard several negative reviews about this location, particularly about how the staff treats their guests and unfortunately, my experience confirmed them. When I visited today, I immediately felt an unwelcoming atmosphere from the crew. I politely asked for a bucket of dark meat, but the cashier quickly said they couldn't make it, without even checking with the kitchen or making any effort to accommodate the request. I asked again for clarification, and he simply repeated that they couldn’t serve all dark meat, which was confusing since I know that option is normally available.

More than the refusal itself, it was the attitude that stood out, the staff looked at me as if I was a bother rather than a customer. It felt like guests aren't valued here, and perhaps that reflects a larger issue with how the team is managed. I'm not sure if I’ll return to this location.

Will drive to Lemoore instead. Was Ignored for 15 minutes. They had a line of people waiting to order and lots of people waiting. Managers don’t seem to care or even try to help get orders in or OUT. Every time I come I wait at least 10 -15 minutes for online pickup. The problem is with their management.

Staff was great, all in all just deducting a star because they missed the 2 spicy thighs I asked for in a family pack.

Manager with gray shirt co-co there is rude.. has attitude,,, seems she leaves everyone else at the front by themselves doing everything when it’s busy while she does whatever she is doing.. ?store is messy and unorganized.. Wait time for food was over 30 minutes. I don’t know if they’ve changed management but It’s different than the time I came last year.. workers don’t look happy it’s getting warmer very hot.. workers are sweating over the food.. it’s not right treat these folks better and they would strive better with good healthy management creates better workers… do better.. food was quite good nonetheless—but Probably won’t be coming back to this location unfortunately..

They didn't even give me the right order I went in and gave a code, the person didn't even ask what I wanted, they just rushed me out and no one was there. They didn't even give me the sides just the chicken. So I ended up paying extra for nothing.

My girlfriend & I were out runing errands she was hungry for a Popeyes chicken sandwich I had never had one. And I won't be having another it was way over fried. Later I had a bad stomach ache. Will not eat here again

Food is always great. Service is a wait due to busyness. Lobby is clean except for the soda fountain. Overall, I love it.

I had never had Popeyes before, and was so excited to try it with my family. Unfortunately, the chicken tenders were dry, but the burger was oily. The service was nice, but the order was super slow. We should have gone to Raising Canes - that was great.
