Waited over an hour, half of the order was missing so we had to wait even longer to get that stuff. Employees were nice but should not have told us it’d be a 20 minute wait if they weren’t sure it would be.

Ordered 10 pieces of chicken, 2 large sides and biscuits. Waited over 30 minutes for my food. Watched 3 staff members come in before 5pm. Still did not get my food until 5:15 PM. Watched other customers that ordered after me get their food before my order was ready.

I've heard several negative reviews about this location, particularly about how the staff treats their guests and unfortunately, my experience confirmed them. When I visited today, I immediately felt an unwelcoming atmosphere from the crew. I politely asked for a bucket of dark meat, but the cashier quickly said they couldn't make it, without even checking with the kitchen or making any effort to accommodate the request. I asked again for clarification, and he simply repeated that they couldn’t serve all dark meat, which was confusing since I know that option is normally available.

More than the refusal itself, it was the attitude that stood out, the staff looked at me as if I was a bother rather than a customer. It felt like guests aren't valued here, and perhaps that reflects a larger issue with how the team is managed. I'm not sure if I’ll return to this location.

Will drive to Lemoore instead. Was Ignored for 15 minutes. They had a line of people waiting to order and lots of people waiting. Managers don’t seem to care or even try to help get orders in or OUT. Every time I come I wait at least 10 -15 minutes for online pickup. The problem is with their management.
