I had ordered two 5 pcs chicken tenders combo. Then I ordered a 6 piece sweet n spicy wings and a 6 piece honey barbecue wings. I got two drinks one of them was fine but the other was a chilled mango lemonade. The lemonade was things floating in it as you see in the picture. I bite into one of the wings it was still pink so I decided to bite another and what one was fully pink. Both sets of 5 pcs tenders were cold and my red beans and rice were watery. It looked like diarrhea when I first opened it. The picture is after I tried to mix it. I would not recommend this Popeyes. I also had got a small fry it was also cold. I loved the customer service though and everyone there keeps a smile on the face. If you do order from here check your food before you leave.

Ordered online, 2 chicken sandwiches missing. Went on their website to have it sorted, they only offered $3 refund. Each sandwich is more than $5. So, I had to drive back to the store to get sandwiches back. The store crew didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Tried to do the survey online, it's not accepting the info from the receipt. I was so disappointed ?

Much better experience here compared to Visalia. As usual the water caught me off guard. Tried the garlic Parmesan Wings finally and were some of the better ones I've had. Longer wait but it was freshly prepared.

ordered chicken for take out. when i got home they give me the wrong order… so i have to drive all the way back there to get my order right. the casher did not even say sorry for the wrong order they gave me.. and these people wants $20 raise on there salary!!!! they cant even get a simple order right!!!
Customer service was lacking. One lady trying to order was insulted by an employee and she walked out. We waited about 25 minutes for our order. The fish sandwich was okay but the shrimp was a very small portion and they were tiny. We will go to the Lemoore location next time. Very disappointing.

26 min for me to get my order. I get home and no biscuits. I drive back and requested a whole new order since the one I got is now cold. I wasn't rude about it. Attitude. Dude really threw his head up and said ugh. While I was there I heard the girl tell a customer pick a different drink cuz it's gonna be awhile for the tea. And a lady actually waited 20 min for them to bring out tea. So overall about 45 min for a 14 PC strips family mea (with extra biscuits)l plus the drive back n forth.

Food was great went first thing in the morning and everything was fresh , customer service was great I even went back for a second time in the same day which I don’t usually do but it was to great not to. The wings are the best especially the sweet and spicy

spend your hard earned money somewhere else! trash can inside was about to explode with so much trash, tables all sticky, floor super messy. Terrible service waited so long to be asked if I needed help while workers were to busy talking about the plans they have for their nextdays off ??♀️ Had to walk out, NEVER coming back.
