I love round table just not this one! Upon arrival I noticed the place was dirty! First reg flag I know. I placed an order and was told the wait time was 45 mins I agreed and asked if I could get a table wiped down since they were all dirty. There was no table clean at the moment and the employees answer was “I can’t sorry” I said “but there is no table that is clean I can’t sit down.” Finally got someone to clean a table for me and waited over an hour to get my food. As I was waiting I noticed a lot of frustrated customers complaining about when their food was going to be ready some even requesting a refund! I will not be coming back to this round table.

I recieved my order and the entire pizza is raw, the twists are raw. I can possibly get sick with Salmonella or E. Coli. I want a refund. Being served raw or undercooked pizza is insanity. It looks like it was only in the over for 2 minutes max.

Attention: The wrong building is shown on Google Maps! The correct building is at the blue dot on the screenshot! The pizzas are freshly baked when you order and are very tasty! There's even beer on tap!

I’m writing this complaint to Round table corporate office in regards to the store in Hanford, CA 93230. I called to modify my order after realizing I would need my card to modify I asked for the transaction to be canceled as I did not have my card info. Destiny C was the one who answered my called said okay and hung up. After calling back I asked why did she hung up on me like that and she said the convo was done there was nothing else to talk about, I let her know I had question in regards to my canceled transaction and with attitude she said well I didn’t know instead of just apologizing for rudely hanging up on me, when I asked to speak to her manager she rudely stated he is busy right now. I told her I would still hold for him to answer, manager quickly answered was super helpful and apologized for the inconvenience as a a manger should, as a customer I feel like supervisor Destiny should be more professional when answering their customers calls.

The pizza is great, however I want to highlight how great of an employee Andrew is, he was very attentive and demonstrates great customer service and just a really nice individual!

I ordered a large specialty pizza (everything). The crust was perfectly crunchy. The toppings, plentiful. I went in about 1pm. Several tables had not been bussed from the lunch crowd, and Rema that way the 40 minutes I was on site.
Very dirty especially the salad bar very expensive spent a lot of money there and they still charged me for 1 small ranch dressing. Would not go back .

The staff is super friendly and the pizza is hot and fresh and the salad is cooked and crisp. They keep the restaurant very clean. If you are there during lunch time in the week try the buffet. It's finally back.

We got the wrong pizzas delivered and they were late (door dash fault) and I called and all the employees and the store manager were awesome he even delivered the pizza hot himself within 30 minutes! Thank you for your great customer service and saving our Friday night pizza night!

This place is awful. If it wasn't for my buddies going away party, I would of left immediately. The floor was dirty. It has clumps of dirt, food, and trash on it. We had to wipe down the tables, because they have crusted food on it. It wasn't busy and there were 7 tables with trash, and dishes. I was told by the employee there not to get the beer from the wall, did anyway and it tasted disgusting. If I could get my money back I would. 45 dollars for 2 pizzas the size of a medium dominoes pizza. Would not recommend, and I think someone should shut this place down for good cleaning.
