Came at 1045 to order drinks for the half price promo. They turned off online ordering to the location so you have to use the drive thru but off course won’t honor the pricing. Reviewed one in all honesty. They just don’t want to work and they want to close early so they just turned off their ordering early.

young hispanic girl manager at night was really disrespectful and rude, gave me so much attitude and interrupted me multiple times over a misunderstanding . their customer service is so bad and they lack it a lot. she made the experience unpleasant, and I felt unwelcome as a customer i would not recommend this location .

Christmas came early. I unwrapped a well crafted SuperSonic breakfast burrito this morning. Fluffy eggs, melted cheese, meaty sausages, crispy bacon and tater tots. Those are some good looking ingredients. My taste buds thought so too. Their French vanilla iced coffee is quite refreshing. Five stars.

Horrible, just bad!... how long does it take to make a milk shake?
I got to the ordering mic and was told to wait... for 9 minutes!!, then once I made it to the pick up window, literally 22 minutes later, I got my food and was once again told to wait for the milk shake, for 13 more minutes!!! It should not take close to an hour to get fast food, and food that I will say is barely edible, it had been like 15 years since the last time I went to a Sonic. I think I know why now.

Place took 40 minutes to get an answer, tried parking drive up, then drive thru, and after all this time for 2 milkshakes an hour wait. How ridiculous, no special happy hour or nothing. Understaffed or not this is actually insane service.i I’m fuming and it’s 100 degrees outside, it’s too hot for this ☹️

Food is okay cold and watered down but decent for fast food customer service is always pretty subpar. Most employees are extremely rude and will rush you. One male mocked our order as we were still in the drive through so we just left.
