Why would you guys get rid of styrofoam cups!!! That’s the worst choice any restaurant can make. For us soda drinkers this is so sad lol
Food is good. Pretty expensive but good. Although, with little people coming to this place, the service is slow and terrible. I went this morning to have a sweet treat, and the worker over there said that the icecream machine is out. Is this mcdonalds or what?! The lady at the speaker took a long time for her to get my order and then breaks it to me that their main item on the menu is not avaliable (Which was the icecream). Honestly, foster freeze might be a better "go to" now.

No contact number or information to a manager or customer service. Service here is completely awful and expensive orders are never right. Combative employees need to be addressed. I'm requesting someone contact me. No wonder parking lot and drive through have no customers!

Worst sonic ive ever been to ! They need to close seriously. They over charge for food and then won’t refund you ! The attitude is wild. If you don’t want to work don’t DAVID. I would never go here again, I will be reporting to the BBB with proof of overcharge as well as well proof of refusal to refund
I have contacted the customer support line in which they couldn’t refund me cause it was the business that had to, they never reached out to me! So still never got a refund or even my money back for being overcharged.

Came through the drive-thru around 6:00. The employee who took my order was extremely rude. He wouldn’t let me speak and kept saying “Anything else” this is not a way to keep customers this made me feel rushed and unwanted as a customer.

Why is the ice cream machine still broke been almost 4 days & every day its “its not working at the moment” like isn’t ice cream the main thing yall sell besides slushies
Horrible service. Waited at pull in, pressed button, no answer for 15 minutes. Did drive thru instead, waited at speaker for 15 minutes. No answer. Said “Hello” repeatedly. No answer. Drove up to window to be greeted with a “Uhhh can I help you?” by an associate with long black hair & glassy, red eyes.
I said “Am I able to order here at the window, I’m not sure if the speaker was working.”
He said “I was about to ask for your order buttttt okkkkkkkkk. What did you need?”
There was no one in front of me, only behind me.
I got a blast. Very few toppings, all in top, none mixed in.
Instead of bringing up his attitude to him directly, I’ll place this here in hopes it gets corrected. I’m just visiting from out of town, won’t be back to this location.

Cashier couldn’t get any of my 3 cards to work. My food was already ready and she didn’t seem to know how to work the register. She asked one of her coworkers for help and they guy pretty much told her to f off and ignored her. She gave up and wanted me to pay cash. I didn’t have any cash so she asked me to go to walmart and grab cash back and she’ll microwave my food whenever I got back. She tried her best… I don’t blame her. Ended up going to Farmer Boys next door and had no issue with my card.

Nobody answers the machines. They take FOREVER for a couple of small things. Then they FORGEt to give 80% of the order. It was torture coming here

Would leave 0 if I could. I my wife and I waited for 20 minutes for an ocean water while they took the orders of cars in the neighboring stalls. We ended up leaving because the staff ignored us.
Went to Sonic drive thru this morning at 8:00 a.m. to order breakfast. This is the second time recently that they weren't prepared. Ordered a breakfast burrito and they stated the were still cooking the bacon. What happened to getting to work early, prior to opening to prep the food? Very, very, disappointed. Went next-door to Farmer Boys.

This sonic is beyond slow! Every time…. The speaker needs to be replaced you can barely hear the person talking, ordering on the app is a waste of time, 2 different instructions..! Do better sonic!
Absolutely horrendous experience, waited 25 min to even get to the food window. Then waiting another 10 min to get any food. After all that they missed half of our order. It's like only 1 person works here. Just avoid it at all costs.
