We order a Black Ice Tea with no added water, and we get water with a tent of tea. Why can't they make it dark with no added water. Target Starbucks makes it dark withno problem. And we ask for a new oneall they did was pour it in a different cup I seen it happen.

It's like a hit & miss with their customer service sometimes they are friendly, & sometimes not, if not friendly I walk out on them!
Cool and refreshing environs! Great place to scamper to if you have wait time at train or bus depot. It's surprising bc it looks like just a drive-through from a distance. Just bring a cushion with you 😆 bc the wood chairs and benches are a great accent to a hang out vibe but they make your butt beg to get out.

I am part of a group that tried to request the booth area for February 22nd 2025. We requested and reserved it November 23rd of 2024 and 5 people witnessed the barista place the reservation in the books. On February 22nd, we arrived and tried to go into the booth for the reservation, but was told by a different barista that our reservation was nowhere to be found in their books. Also, the barista who informed us of the missing reservation seemed to know the people in the booth who were studying and dismissive of our group. I am dissatisfied with the lack of book keeping and record keeping at this establishment at this time.
