Starbucks likes to think of itself as a third place for people to go. However, as with so many other Starbucks stores, the music is played so loudly at this one (a recurring problem at this store over the past two years) that the customer is truly in third place—right behind the staff and their music. (Visited at ~19:30h on Thursday, January 18, 2024.)
This is the best Starbucks and I live in Visalia (work at the hospital). I'm here at 640 am before my shift and drive through almost every single time is extremely fast. I pay and then I'm handed my drink right away so the lines move quickly. Staff are always nice and drink is always tasty.

Went to receive my free drink for your Birthday, i was asked basically 21 questions if it was really my birthday, even when i had my ID out providing my D.O.B. then the 2 females were rude going about it, and said you need to use the app. Not everyone uses the app Fyi.
