This location is amazing! The employees are super friendly, and the drinks are always the best! I would have given 5 stars, but the night shift is a struggle. The drinks take quite a bit longer than they normally do at this location, and they (night shift) have never gotten my order correct. When I stop through to get coffee for work, I dont have time to stay and have them remake it. That's why I always order ahead.

Been here a few times since moving to Hanford and everyone here is so friendly!! Had my drink made wrong and they remade it so fast and perfectly the second time no big deal. You can tell it’s a good environment with good management other locations will make you a face. People at the window are always smiling, a smile really goes a long way ? I appreciate them for always answering my questions so nicely. see you soon

Customer service is everything… if your rude BRITTNEY that affects your whole store. Very unprofessional and rude customer service. If you have an issue don’t call and speak to Brittney… very disrespectful, rude, and extremely unprofessional. I will never come back to this store as long as she works here…. Also, I usually come here to buy large quantity orders for my company and never again. I will take my $ elsewhere.

Worst Starbucks. Orders are never right, they skimp on ingredients so they don't taste good. Manager is rude; employees do what they're supposed to do and talk appropriate but the manager stepped in when I was ordering and was rude saying I scared employees when I ordered extra ice. During my conversation I said good morning, please & no worries when they couldn't add the extra ice. Not sure why he thought he had to step in but he was very unprofessional.

I’m giving two stars because I’ve never had an issue with how quickly I get my drink. But my order is never right. Ever. I always get the same thing, and it’s different every time. It’s either missing the extra shot of espresso, or it’s missing the java chips, or it’s the wrong size. And at almost $8 for a drink it should be right. Unfortunately because of this I’m done coming to Starbucks altogether. Dutch Bros will be my first choice for now on since I’ve never had that issue there.

Thus used to be my favorite Starbucks but lately have been rude and drinks are not coming like you ask for them. Today, I asked for a iced matcha with oat milk and vanilla and I get matcha with regular milk that tastes just like milk and no matcha.

Love this location the most and I live in Visalia. Super quick than any other Starbucks location I’ve been including my town and I’ve been to at least 5 different Starbucks locations in my town. Always gets my order right. Very friendly and sweet . I always tip because of their service . I’m the supervisor at Herb N Joy dispensary so before I get to work I always come here for my drink. Thank you guys for always being so great ! If you guys shop at the dispo let me know you work at that Starbucks I GOT YOU ??

Ordered a simple peppermint hot chocolate with whipped cream. Got some kind of coffee with chocolate, no peppermint. They got the right size though.
