Thus used to be my favorite Starbucks but lately have been rude and drinks are not coming like you ask for them. Today, I asked for a iced matcha with oat milk and vanilla and I get matcha with regular milk that tastes just like milk and no matcha.

Love this location the most and I live in Visalia. Super quick than any other Starbucks location I’ve been including my town and I’ve been to at least 5 different Starbucks locations in my town. Always gets my order right. Very friendly and sweet . I always tip because of their service . I’m the supervisor at Herb N Joy dispensary so before I get to work I always come here for my drink. Thank you guys for always being so great ! If you guys shop at the dispo let me know you work at that Starbucks I GOT YOU ??

Ordered a simple peppermint hot chocolate with whipped cream. Got some kind of coffee with chocolate, no peppermint. They got the right size though.

This is the quickest, most efficient Starbucks I've visited! Drive thru moves smoothly. Baristas are product knowledgeable and friendly. As a consistent customer for 8 years, my (only 2) incorrect beverage orders were remedied immediately. That's a win for me. Thanks!

When I walk into this store an I'm greated by name with a chorus of " good morning" or " good afternoon" it not only makes me realize I spend to much money here, but it also gives the store a warm an friendly atmosphere. The staff here treat customers like friends/family instead of just acting like robot's!

Manager in charge was very rude and yelled at me when I asked her if my refund was gonna be issued back to my card or if it was gonna be issued back into my Starbucks app. She yelled at me more than once, and was beyond disrespectful.

Starbucks offer unlimited tea when you purchase her an items when we went to do this the manager said we had to keep you on Plain Sight cannot leave the store it felt very uncomfortable that the manager would do this knowing that Starbucks offer this deal on this point I'm disappointing on this but one of the best place to order the strawberries and cream latte don't go to Target cuz it don't taste good

This is the first time I go to a Starbucks and don't get my order how I ordered it! I'm very peculiar about the way I like my hot drinks. I don't change or request a special recipe, all I ask is that my drink is made at a lower temperature. She made my coffee, knew it was wrong ( double cup my drink ) and gave it to me! It's extremely hot. As a customer, I don't like paying for something I can't drink right away. Even after getting a larger empty cup and adding ice. I can't drink it. On top of that, one of the girls working here was so rude and upset because I returned the drink and asked for a refund! She couldn't even stay quiet. She made comments as if I was being rude. I was polite about it and didn't disrespect anyone. Never going back to this branch!

Lady at the drive through was very rude! Had no respect. I’ve ordered the same drink many times and have never had a problem with it being filled to the top. She then charged me more and it was still half way! And then rolled her eyes when I asked for a water. When paying $7 for a drink you would think customer service would be a little nicer.
