Had a very bad experience with drive through. Asked them to cut my grilled cheese into four pieces for a child, something they had done previously numerous times. They agreed. The woman in drive through gave me the grilled cheese uncut, and said “we don’t have enough labor and it’s not our standard” while there were three others working. I go here everyday and have spent hundreds over the last year. If you want quality reliable service for your money, go to a different store, or even brand. Sad to have my loyalty thrown out the window over something like this.

The food is prepared & delivered to the location. The quality of food is not reflected on this Starbucks. I get the Feta Egg White Wrap & love it. But, have ordered the PB&J & was extremely disappointed. When you opened the bread the PB&J was about the size of a 50cent piece between the bread. It was not even thick enough to say they spread it. What was there, had soaked into the bread. It was ridiculous! We had gone through drive-thru. I called & complained & they had no problem replacing it with something else.

I've been in Hanford and came to this Starbucks because it was close to where I had a meeting. It's not in the fanciest place of town what is standard to a Starbucks. I just want to drive through.

This is my favorite location in town since I have always had a great experience coming here. All the workers who have helped me have always been very friendly and polite. Most notably, today i went in for my routine iced coffee and they were handing out samples of their new drink. I quickly mentioned to one of the nice workers how i was very excited because it sounded like a better alternative to the usual energy drinks my boyfriend normally drinks. She then proceeded to ask me if i wanted to try out one of the flavors they offered the drink in since she had only made one of them. I swiftly said yes and when she came back from making the drink she handed me a tall sized drink! I figured she was making me a sample size but instead she handed me a tall. I will be sharing this with my boyfriend but i thought it was so nice of her to do! It made my whole morning. Shout out to Richie for being not only nice and polite but for going above and beyond for a customer!

I went in to get a cup of ice water as I felt a seizure coming on. I could hardly breathe when coming in and spoke with TJ where the drinks came out and politely asked for a cup of water. He insisted that I join the long line to have them put it through the computer. I then told him I am epileptic and felt a seizure coming on. He then got a water “on the fly”. As I’m walking out all the caty girls all in unison said “oh have a good day” in a snarky tone. Very inappropriate and says more about management that they think it’s okay to respond in this sort of way. Understanding epilepsy is an invisible disability doesnt mean its not there and then Starbucks to bully the people when someone cannot breath

The latest team here is awesome! Not only is everyone so sweet but they also make every effort to get your order exactly right. They definitely go the extra even when they don’t have to. I really enjoy going to this Starbucks and I feel like they actually know me as a customer. Even my coworkers and I were just talking about how kind and caring everyone seems at this location that it feels warm and friendly and not big box store coffee shop.Great job guys! You are definitely making me come in for more coffee than I need to!
