I went to buy a sandwich at 9:45 PM with my kids. As soon as we walked in, it was clear the employees were already preparing to leave, even though it was still 15 minutes before closing. Their body language and expressions made us feel like we were inconveniencing them by coming in.
The service was very rushed and unwelcoming. We were pressured to hurry while ordering, and I was even charged before my sandwich was made, which made it obvious they just wanted to close and go home. Their attitude was unpleasant throughout the entire interaction.
While we were there, another customer came in and was treated very rudely, and the same behavior continued with yet another customer shortly after. The employees repeatedly exchanged looks and made faces whenever someone entered.
Overall, the service was extremely poor and made what should have been a simple visit to Subway a very uncomfortable experience, especially with my children present.
The employees were an Indian girl and a chubby medium skin tone girl with black hair.

The indian girl helped us so poorly that she didn’t even toasted the sandwiches enough, the frozen veggie patty was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I understand that you guys close at 10pm but you should at-least warm up the frozen patties so that it’s edible. Extremely poor service I would never go there again.

Aug. 31 2025 I went in there and got me a sandwich and they actually made it perfect I mean to the t Subway never does that but it was actually delicious and makes me want to go back and the two ladies that were there today were impeccable on their service skills very great customer service and on top of their game and the entire inside smelled very refreshing so these two ladies need to be shown some appreciation for their hard work good job thank you ladies

I come here 1-2 times a week. Raman (the owner is so friendly) lily and Tiffany are always amazing with their customer service! Other employees are always willing to help and excited to see people in the door. My food is never sloppy and always handled with care. They offer me options and always advertise their new products (which I have tried) and I’m glad to say that (other than the Fargo location) this is my home subway. I will come here for a sandwich 9/10.

The staff at this location were so friendly! Definitely service with a smile! The sandwich bread and produce were fresh and the sandwiches were filled up. Unfortunately, I forgot to get a picture of the sandwiches. I recommend this location if you want a good meal.
