Ordered 3 sandwiches from this location last night. Wasn't busy. They messed up one of the sandwiches by marking it as "no cheese" however, when I gave it to a family member--who is highly Lactose intolerant, there was cheese tucked into it! The sandwich ended up in the trash. THIS is what I call inattention to detail!! Granted, this isn't a "high end" restaurant, etc., however, the sandwiches still need to be prepared exactly as ordered and carefully, to avoid food allergies of customers. Additionally, don't rush your customers when they come in the door. If you don't like your job, and can't provide excellent customer service, find a different line of work.

If I could give a -0 I would we ordered 3 sandwiches ( mobile order) at 8:25 got there 15 min before closing to pick up. Girl at the counter rudely said are you picking up doordash? No we have a mobile order. Hands the food over again very rudely doesn’t say anything until we walk out then says “Next time go to Taco Bell”! This isn’t the first time they have been unprofessional and rude over orders we will not be going there again!

I just went here only 20 minutes ago and i had to post right away so i dont forget how i feel! I was helped by the manager, Sabrina, this morning. I had planned to get my same old breakfast ham and egg on flatbread, which is scrumptious, but the sandwich ARTIST, gave me some suggestions on how to spice it up and i tell you what, i am never going back to my old sandwich! Thank you so much for the tips. 10 out of 10, would eat there again!

Subway sometimes sounds great to me and other times it sounds gross.I'm generally not a fan of cold cuts and prefer thicker pieces of meat, usually warmer and more chunky or less broken down. Luckily my opinion of this place has been getting better because they are offering sandwiches that more fit my palate in the most recent months.One of the fun things about Subway is they will make a sandwich anyway you want it. So if you are schizophrenic and forgot your Seroquel, it's perfectly okay for you to ask for a sandwich lined with broken cookies and marinara sauce with some soup of the day dribbled down the middle. Making sandwiches with random concoctions like this has become popular on the internet.The soup is usually pretty good.

Lack of customer service/poor customer service:My husband ordered a couple of sandwiches via mobile order and upon picking them up and coming home, we realized that my sandwich was made toasted even though it was ordered as a cold sandwich. I also ordered provolone and did not get any cheese. My husband’s meatball melt had a weird thick layer of bread crumbs on the bottom.My husband went back and the employee working (didn’t catch name—Caucasian male with brown curly hair) took my husband’s sandwiches back, checked to make sure my husband wasn’t lying lol, then ripped the receipt off the original bag and started making them again. Employee wasn’t rude but wasn’t exactly people friendly.Definitely check your sandwiches before you leave the store :/
