I enjoyed the coffee and the girl behind the counter was nice and helpful. Their pastries looked delicious but I’m allergic to milk products so I didn’t partake of the goodies. The decoration is well done and good music was playing..

Inconsistent business hours, poor customer service. Half the time, they don’t have any treats in the case for purchase. I’m no longer wasting my time TRYING to buy from here.

Called on 6/14 to place a pre-paid order for pick up on 6/16. Was told by the girl who took my payment that I could pick up my order before business hours as someone would be at the store. Arrived at 7am, which was my requested pick up time. No one was at the store, and no one answered the phone. Decided to wait until the 8am, which was the listed business hours…no one to open the door or answer the phone. Finally, after waiting until 830am, I decided to leave and head to work, which I was now late for.

I called multiple times throughout the day and finally at 1130am, the female owner answered the phone. I explained my situation, to which her reply was, “We were really busy yesterday. They shouldn’t have taken the order because we were tired”. She asked if I wanted to pick up my order, to which I declined and asked for a refund. She said they were going to be opening at 1230pm that day, so I decided to head to the store for my refund. Store was once again closed. I later saw on Facebook that they had not even opened that day. No sign on the door, just what was posted on their business Facebook story.

On Wednesday, 6/18, I stopped by the store at 8am to attempt to get my refund. Closed again. The female owner walked out of the store and another patron asked if they were opening to which the owner said no because they were short handed. We informed the owner of the inconvenience of the inconsistent business hours to which she replied “we’re a small business and we open when we can. We have busy lives and can’t help it when employees call out”. The utter disregard for customers (or potential customers) is irresponsible, disrespectful, and bad for business.

I typically support small businesses in Hanford, but I will no longer be supporting this one. If they don’t respect my time and patronage, I will take it elsewhere. I will gladly choose Off the Vine for lunch, and La Tapatia for sweets and cakes.

We love to support local businesses but we were totally bummed this afternoon. We were ignored by the staff when we entered the business to buy pastries for a large party. We left, no greeting, no how may I help you - nothing. Do better.

Rude, obnoxious, unreliable owners and staff that doesn't care about their original customers that supported them on their way up in this town. Will cancel your order on DoorDash for no reason and say they are busy (when its 9am and quiet when I called). Kept DoorDash store closed for 3 weeks, because they had a technical glitch and didn't bother to fix it. Unappreciative of their customers and apparently don't need our money anymore. Great food when you can get it.

I tried the cream horn and eclair. The staff was kind and I'm very happy with the desserts. I already want to go back and get another cream horn!

I have gone there before in the middle of the day and their selection is slim So I got up early this morning to be able to get what I wanted for a party and drove from Tulare and they were closed, even though their website said they were open.

The best place in Hanford to buy your sweets. I’ve never had sweets/cakes this good from any other establishment.
I unfortunately have not tried their meals yet, but all of the food they post looks absolutely delicious.

Delicious beyond words. The reviews were definitely not kidding. The woman behind the counter was also incredibly friendly and attentive to guests in front of me as well as myself.
