I ordered my daughter's Birthday cake and cup cakes ftom Sweet Palette Bakery. Jose was wonderful yo work with the cake and cup cakes were scrumptious. We will definitely order from them in the future.

Ordered a Red Velvet birthday cake for my wife. New to the area so only ordered 24 hrs prior but they made it happen! The cake itself tasted amazing, icing, unbelievable but there were a couple issues..1) the cake was kinda hard as if it was old2) I don’t know if one of the layers of the cake wasn’t even or what but the two top layers slid completely off the base.I had the cake sitting completely level in the car so I don’t know if I took a turn too hard or if the cake was slightly unlevel but that was a bummer to see when I opened it up at home.At the end of the day, the cake was 10/10 flavor wise and I appreciate the shop making it happen on such short notice

When i was being handed my box of sweets, i saw 3 live roaches on the floor and 1 on the wall. i rate this a 1. BAD BAD BAD! clean!

While in Hanford stopped by and picked up some yummy sweets. I got a cream horn and strawberry pizza. I loved the cream horn. The custard inside was so good. My friend pick up a strawberry pizza and a piece of carrot cake. Everything was great. If you are in Hanford it's definitely a great place to pick up something sweet. They also sell salads and sandwiches. So grab some lunch and a dessert. Great service !

I would love to do business with this shop, I've heard great things! I would however also like if the times were accurate on all platforms. I've been trying to get flowers and some bakery items from this shop at least 4 times, and all 4 times have not been able to make it when its actually open. Apple maps says its open at 7am- 8pm, the closed sign in front states its 6am- 6pm, google states its open 11am- 6pm, yelp is 9am- 6pm. I've even spoken to some one on insta, one of those times, to triple check, and it was still incorrect. Life moves fast and confirming time on like 4 websites cant be lost in thought, so hopefully this helps and I can finally get the opportunity to try a few of your treats and get some beautiful flowers.

This bakery is a mess. The hours are inconsistent, it doesn’t follow the hours posted. Sometimes they’re not open at all, sometimes they open late, something they close early. Never consistent. In the past I’ve tried messaging them regarding orders and questions and get left on read. The customer service isn’t amazing. Some items are good but the majority are mediocre at best. Wish there were other options for bakeries nearby so I didn’t have to deal with this poorly managed establishment. Lately I’ve been driving a town over for better quality and service.
