in the morning i came i’m a dasher and I encountered a really bad service they don’t even answer the questions i asked like about 8-10 times she saw me and ignored me the date is 29 October 2025 and the time was 3-5 pm i felt really disrespectful please improve the service

I went inside and ordered a taco supreme and a burrito. When I got home the taco was so soggy on the bottom that it was stuck to the paper and inedible. I tried to peel it off of the paper and it just ripped the taco shell even more. Also, the top of the shell was cracked in half so it was just a mess. I only live a block away from this Taco Bell so it shouldn’t have been like this. This is ridiculous! It was a waste of my money! The taco supremes are expensive.

The drinks taste bad everything I got taste old the bathroom was filthy soup all over walls toilet clogged and paper towels everywhere and the employees where no help all they did was ignore me and gossip among each-other and no Silverware had to eat with my finger worst experiences every would never go bad this this Taco Bell every.
So far i have always had good or at least decent food from this location but tonight I received both of my chalupas with literally 4 tiny peices of chicken, my fiesta potatoes were burned and super crunchy which is not normal, and lastly the soda tastes like the syrup they use to flavour it to the point where it is no longer enjoyable severely disappointing

I’m typing out this review regarding a very specific employee at this location, and I’m hoping this reaches management.
I came through the drive-thru about 20-30 minutes ago to pick up an uber eats order (I’m a delivery driver) and because it’s late at night, the lobby’s closed with a relatively long drive thru line (15-20) minute wait.
After forgetting to hand me an entire bag for the order, which is fine we all forget things; I attempt to walk up to the glass and knock to get the attention of an employee rather than going through an entire 15-20 minute wait in the drive thru line again. Rather than being a civilized and kind employee, Sam decides to shrug his shoulders and points at the drive thru line to make me wait another 20 minutes while the order gets cold for a mistake they made.
I understand the lobby being closed and certain protocols being in place, but being too much of an asshole to open the door for 2 seconds when I wasn’t even asking to step inside is ridiculous. Be a better person

Absolutely love Taco Bell food was delicious how could you not love tacos . Downfall very expensive to feed three people close to $50.00. Wow!! Highly over priced for Tacos but a delicious treat to self indulge every once in awhile.
