Went with my family of 3 for lunch today. Absolutely horrible service, waited 45 minutes for our food and didn’t receive a milkshake we had ordered. Asked about the milkshake and waited another 25 min and didn’t receive it, asked for a refund and was told “They didn’t have time”. Never will we be back very dirty and unprofessional place

An awesome place to eat chicken fingers. The meat is tender and they offer generous portions. Their chicken sandwiches are also well crafted and delicious. Fries are another delight. Staff are friendly and provide great customer service.

Came in the store 9/11/25 at 7:27 PM to place a to go order. We ordered $51.69 worth of food. The order was completely wrong. We ordered 1. 3 piece chicken finger combo. 1. Buffalo chicken fries. 1 combo meal of a fried chicken sandwich. And 1 order of fried pickles. The order we received was 2 2-Piece chicken finger combos (I didn’t even know that was even on the menu) and 1 order of buffalo fries. 1 order of fried pickles. The chicken fingers were soggy and cold. When I attempted to call the place of business it took 3 times of me calling for them to answer, mind you it wasn’t even busy when we were in there. The woman on the phone said we can come back with our order and she’ll give me the chicken sandwich. I understand this was her way of making it “right” but now I’m having to let my food get cold while I drive back (use more gas) just for them to “correct” the order. It’s just frustrating after we decided to try chicken shack for the first time in a very long time and this is how it ended.

Worst customer service. I was on the DRIVE THRU LINE for 33 min. Just to get some cold fries and not melted cheese. They couldn’t even do that. The guy or girl idk what he was closed the window on me while asking him a question. Gave me my drink with a bigger size lid as well. Never coming here again. Just bad bad service. They should be ready to serve for lunch time and it seems like they are frying each fry one by one with the amount of time they take to even also open the window when your there waiting to pay. Needs a good manager here to keep track of how the employees are working.

i ordered the buffalo chicken fries with an extra tender, the fries were soooo dry, barely had any buffalo sauce or ranch. So I guess pay the extra $1 for the sauce
Went there because a coworker recommended them! It’s hard to find excellent customer service in the drive through. However the young lady who was there today around 6-7pm Eastern has some of the best customer service I have ever seen in California. So respectful! Keep it up.

The food here is genuinely delicious, but the service is consistently poor. Knowing how slow they are, I ordered ahead—but even then, I still had to wait another 30 minutes after arriving.

While driving through Hanford I immediately craved chicken shack and for the first time in 3 years I was able to stop by. Food was great as well as the customer service. They were kind enough to bring our order out to the table. Unfortunately the cleanliness at the new location has plummeted, definitely a 0/10. From the walls and windows being greasy to the floors being sticky & pesky flies everywhere. While paying at the register the filth under the fryers is obvious. Although the food was good as ever, if I would have seen just how dirty the place was before ordering I wouldn't have ate there. Hopefully they're able to tighten up on the cleanliness because chicken shack is a local favorite to many!
