i ordered the buffalo chicken fries with an extra tender, the fries were soooo dry, barely had any buffalo sauce or ranch. So I guess pay the extra $1 for the sauce

Went there because a coworker recommended them! It’s hard to find excellent customer service in the drive through. However the young lady who was there today around 6-7pm Eastern has some of the best customer service I have ever seen in California. So respectful! Keep it up.

Girl at the drive through window was very rude, I understand it’s hot but you don’t have to be so rude and hostile. She asked for my payment and I told her “tap pay” as I extended my arm to her and she had the card reader in hand and made me wait for a while because whatever conversation she was having was more important. 6/14/25 at 2:44pm

I remember the chicken being bigger but gave me a extra one. My favorite is the garlic fries. Great texture to fry and lots of garlic. Suggestion would be to clean entering door.

The food here is genuinely delicious, but the service is consistently poor. Knowing how slow they are, I ordered ahead—but even then, I still had to wait another 30 minutes after arriving.

While driving through Hanford I immediately craved chicken shack and for the first time in 3 years I was able to stop by. Food was great as well as the customer service. They were kind enough to bring our order out to the table. Unfortunately the cleanliness at the new location has plummeted, definitely a 0/10. From the walls and windows being greasy to the floors being sticky & pesky flies everywhere. While paying at the register the filth under the fryers is obvious. Although the food was good as ever, if I would have seen just how dirty the place was before ordering I wouldn't have ate there. Hopefully they're able to tighten up on the cleanliness because chicken shack is a local favorite to many!

Got some fries with my order and bit on something hard and gritty. Idk if its glass or some hard plastic. Theres a bunch of these little clear balls mixed into my food. I called. They said they can just remake it but dont care to see what it is and dont know how it got there. Im like wouldnt u want to figure out what it is and how it happened so youre not feeding your customers this? He said no. Wont give a refund or his name. 5:30pm 26th october. Dont eat here. No accountability. Not trying to make this right. I just asked for my money back since i cant eat this. He said Id have to call a manager in the am. These people should not have a food handlers license fr. So unsanitary and unsafe.
Did some research and its silica gel. Low key seems like someone did it purposely because idk how you would get this mixed in food.

Fiesta Lime Wrap $13! Buffalo Chicken Fries $13! The food had no taste and chicken was imaginary chicken because there was none. Nothing but scraps, not exaggerating. Just so disappointed. Spent $30 expecting at least a half-decent meal but sincerely it was just crying out pathetic. No taste and even less chicken.
