We visit Tiger TeaHouse frequently. I have to say the tea's are amazing, however the customer service quite literally sucks!!! No acknowledgement at all. We walked up to the counter waited until she was good and ready to take our order. Again no acknowledgement no eye contact, no personality. I finally asked her " you good" she said yeah. Lol we put our order in and quickly received our tea's. We left laughing. Truly sad people , you can do better!!!
Great services great music great drinks. First time gor the strawberry cheesecake and sunset and they are so cute and very delicious. Very creative names.

The atmosphere and other guest at Tiger Tea House were great! The Tea's are amazing. However.. the costumer service was not even close to the expectation of not being greeted, and genuinely welcomed. The person behind the counter tapping her pen while we decide what drink to purchase or her huffing and and puffing under her breath and sarcastically encouraging us to make up our mind so we can make a purchase (it felt pressured and this is all going off the vibe and body language...
