I am very disappointed in this restaurant I ordered all flats combo with large fries large drink and a side of the hottest sauce they gave me all drums instead of all flats a small drink instead of large drink small fries instead of large fries and the wrong hot sauce they gave me the regular buffalo my whole order was wrong and I still had to wait an extra 10 minutes for my food while my girl ate her food the manager did not even offer a free meal or say sorry nothing very bad customer service will not recommend this business establishment to anyone never coming back again.

Wingstop has been on a decline in their food quality here in the central valley. It's a hit and miss when I eat here and lately more a miss. Boneless wings are nothing but bread and small. Thin strips of chicken. Very disappointing. It depends who's cooking and whoever cooking usually sucks.

For personal orders that are bigger then 1 item make sure you check every item. Last 3 out of 5 order I have done have had missing items or wrong items. As a Driver for doordash, today hit a new low. When i received the offer for this i was 7 minutes away. Then i waited over 45+ minutes for an order of 10 wings a brownie and 2 sodas. I went to the counter 4 times and every time there person in the front lied straight to my face and said it's being made and the next one up. I watched 3 other Dashers come in after me check in and got there orders made and handed to them. One order was even given to wrong person and the right person came in they remade the order and served them before me. This happened 25 minutes after I had already been waiting. No manager on site to even talk to. If yall so busy turn off doordash and stop lieing to people's faces. I hate to leave this review because as a dasher I get orders from here often and most of the workers work hard and are nice. But today was just to much. DO BETTER PLEASE. And just be real about wait times.

Ordered 2 hours in advance so that it would be prepared in a timely manner but when I got there. I was ignored for about 20 minutes just to find out my food was ready the entire time. I’m not one to complain about service but that definitely was one of worst experience I’ve had in fast food, it was definitely worst than Popeyes.
