I ordered online and my boyfriend went to pick up the food the employee that helped him out was basically hassling him , and kept asking questions about our order to make sure it was ours. It came out as rude

I called and got put on hold for 15 mins and then they hung up on me and I proceeded to call again and they asked to put me on hold again after I told them I’ve been waiting for 15 mins and put me on hold again.

The manager is very unprofessional and likes to get his homie in the back to come and stare at women in the front of the restaurant who are eating with their families when he should be taking care of the upset uber drivers and customers he isn’t tending to.

Every month at my work we have a pot luck and i make sure I go to Wing Stop when Jamie the cashier is working. She is very upbeat, kind, friendly and helpful. I noticed she checks on all of her tables and makes sure everyone is having a great experience. I live in Visalia and I actually travel to the Hanford location because she always helps me choose flavors and makes it a fun experience. Thank you so much for having such a great employee 🤗

We eat here quite often! We love wingstop only issue we kind of always have is missing ranch and items. I had called the next day and the employee was very nice and handled the situation quite well. They were able to give us our missing item to redeem for next time which was great. Next time i went in i called prior to see if i was able to add on and they were and was ready to go fresh and hot right when i walked in great service. Really appreciate the kindness.

Expect shotty service around closing.

Workers were rude and dismissive.
Moreover the lady handed me my food with her vape in her hand!

I order a simple 20 piece boneless meal and not only did I wait for 45 minutes for my food, well past closing time, but half of my wings didn’t have any sauce on them. I paid roughly $30 for some salted nuggets!

Everything was off tonight. The dream team wasn't there, which I know they can't be there all the time. When I ordered I asked for extra sauce, which didn't make it to my tray so I asked if I could have a couple more. I was denied, without payment. You know when I asked for it specifically and didn't get it, and I've paid close to $40 for wings, just give me the dang sauce. She literally went through the the receipts to check if I had paid for extra sauce. I told her to forget it. I wasn't gonna pull out my card for a couple sauce charges.
The fries were sooo salty we couldn't eat them. And the soda machine wasn't dispensing ratios right. It was a mess in there! Lol!
But regardless, it was the worst visit I've had and I go alot, so the majority of the time its pretty great, just not this time. I hate that it's not consistent.
