I had a good experience at Baskin-Robbins. They had plenty of parking spaces. I didn't have a problem finding a parking space. I have been to several Baskin-Robbins shops, but this location offered the best interior. They had nice dining tables. And they had an outdoor dining area. This Baskin-Robbins shop was clean, organized, and well-maintained. I got 2 scoops of ice cream which were strawberry and vanilla flavor. The strawberry ice cream had real strawberries. It was an amazing taste! It was a refreshing & fruity flavor. And the vanilla ice cream was very tasty. It was rich and creamy. This shop's price was a little higher than other Baskin-Robbins shops. Today, it was a hot scorching day so I went to the outside dining area. It was cool and I enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying my tasty ice cream. I think that this location Baskin-Robbins shop is the best ice-cream shop. They offer great customer service, amazing-tasting ice cream, and a nice outdoor dining area. I would like to recommend this Baskin-Robbins shop.

FAIR WARNING: product expiration, poor customer service and rude.Store location: Normandie & Lomita in Harbor City.Purchased 2 handpicked containers yesterday. Had a scoop of each last night. One of them tasted old so I took it back today for a replacement or refund.The manager said the ice cream was fresh, that it’s GOOD FOR 11 MONTHS AFTER ITS OPENED!! The ice cream container was half full so it must have been opened for a while.He refused to replace or refund.Asked if he could throw it away for me—showing that it was not going to be eaten. He refused…saying why should I, it’s not my job to throw it away for you.Told him we wouldn’t be coming back again-he sneered and said that’s alright.

worst I’ve cream shop around. walk into a sauna because they don’t want to run the air conditioning. very unsanitary with their equipment & handling of utensils. i was so grossed out that i paid for my ice cream but threw it away after I left & made my way to another ice cream place. would not ever recommend this shop for health reasons
