Early Sunday morning July 23rd around 1 am; my family went to the drive through. Our initial order of a Del Burger Combo was denied, the reason given was it wasn't available and no other explanation.I ordered The Epic Burrito Combo. Upon requesting a large combo and requested a large Sprite; we were told that they didn't have ice. I thought that was too strange then I cancelled the drink to my combo.As we pulled up to receive our order, the kitchen appeared to be filled with white smoke ?. I asked if everything was ok and was told nothing.Unfortunately, when I arrived home and discovered my Epic Burrito was half the size of what I received the night before. Totally disappointed.

Went thier for lunch got the no1 medium and 3 snack taco and small fries taco were good but disappointed on fries I got more fries on my small order the medium fries hardly got any fries at all had to steal fries from the small

Almost every time I’ve gone here to eat my order has been wrong, and every time I have to drive all the way back there to get it made right. I’m so extremely disappointed in this Del Taco for such poor service and order taking ? Wish you guys weren’t the closest thing to eat by my place of residence cause I’m really displeased with service.

Charged us for 2 chili cheese fries (what we wanted) and instead got 2 "large" fries that are half full. I'm not even kidding, there are no other fries in the bag. This is it. Basically charged $10 extra for this???
Doesn't feel safe because a lot of homeless people are out there in the parking lotParking: The sad part is there's too many homeless people in the parking lot. This was kind of scary at first

Check your order when buying through drive-through.After ordering, and idling at the window, I heard the window service-person ask the cook if my order was specifically what I asked for, and she said, "Yes." I heard the conversation because the window was open.Get home, my food was COMPLETELY wrong. And for the first time with a wrong to-go order, I drove back, went inside, and asked for a new one.Also, the fries are usually under-cooked or cold.I feel for the workers, they do work hard. But I recommend to check your orders...oh, and be sure to check your change, too (if you pay cash). I've been short-changed, and tonight, the guy in front of me was complaining about his change. He showed the receipt, and they handed him more money.

Where is the Lettuce and Cheese? Hugh disappointment!!! I ordered five soft chicken tacos, and all looked horrible. This is the 3rd time I purchased from this location, and they failed all three times. Not going back to this place!!!
