I've been going to Pollo Loco 30 years and I was blown away by this location's stellar service. I felt like I was in Disneyland as everyone was warm, friendly, courteous and beyond accommodating. Nancy, Braulio and Nathaly gave incredible service from start to finish and even helped with getting the QR code rewards! The food was excellent ! Way to go PCH and Normandie TEAM! I will return and tell everyone to come here!

I picked up a mobile order for my son which made him sick. The chicken was no good, not even the dog would go near it! Cant complain about service or atmosphere since I drove through it, but since Im.still trying to wash the smell of that chicken off my fingertips so I dont gag.....pretty sure someone there knows that chicken was going bad.....cooked and sold it anyway! My son paid $24:89 for a stomache, diarrhea and vomiting. Unfortunately, he cant smell or he wouldnt have eaten any of it! Hit in the face with a bat and robbed in his youth......

This El Pollo Loco site is the best, most specially the guacamole, have tried all the other El Pollo Loco site, but this particular one is the best, we always get our chicken here. Mr Razipour (the owner?)please give a raise to the guy or lady that prepares your guacamole there, he/she is doing an excellent job. Please don’t change the way your guacamole is being prepared,it’s so chunky, the best in the west of USA love it. So sorry I’m talking bout the El Pollo Loco in PCH Torrance, by the Torrance airport, my mistake.

The Chicken hard and Soft Tacos are prity good. But the last time I ordered hard Tacos had grease running from them.the Chicken Wings are ok but very small.Elpole has a meal called Wing lovers.its not on the Menu.you get 4 Wings and 2 sides. It's about $7.The drinks are a little watered down.
One hour before closing they start saying they dont have chicken anymore and you can only order burritos tostadas and stuff 🤦♂️ all bad

Horrible service poor management the manager assumed I was smoking weed while taking a shot he opened the door I called el pollo loco what is the manager doing in a Mexican restaurant!????
