Went to drive thru and ordered 12 PC with 3 sides and guacamole. We spent over $60 and get to our hotel, famished and the el pollo crazy jackazzez didn't even give us, forks, knives, spoons, plates...nothing...and the chicken was dry and burnt. Too bad it was after 10pm and they were closed when we discovered all. RIDICULOUS! NEVER SAY NEVER BUT I AM SAYING NEVER GOING TO THIS CRAZY CHICKEN KOCATION AGAIN. DO BETTER K. 😡👎👎👎👎

We spent over $60 and get to our hotel, famished and the el pollo crazy jackazzez didn't even give us, forks, knives, spoons, plates...nothing...and the chicken was dry and burnt. Always in any crazy chicken that you go to something they don't put your order in you always have a bad time and if you don't pay attention it's worth it, never and I can say that they never give the orders right and now with their ordering machines they still give you the wrong ones Orders not as you ask there, bad service and in all of them it is the same, they always make mistakes, it is already part of all the crazy chickens, every day it is worse and drier, the chicken I do not recommend it

Always delicious! Only complaint is that they got rid of self-serve pico de gallo so I had to pay 5 bucks extra to get a large pico... But I would come again!

Drive through experience:I got 2 avocado chicken bowls and sadly they add 6 pieces of chicken bites. I've been here before and throughout the times they always messing up the order and/or incomplete orders. I come back bc it's so close to my house, but I now rather drive further out so I dont need to come back when they forget something. Definitely last time I come to this location.
