Fine Wok in Harbor City is a total neighborhood gem. The black pepper beef with fried rice was super flavorful, the salt and pepper pork had the perfect crunch, and the egg drop soup hit the spot. The husband-and-wife team running the place are so friendly and make you feel right at home. Portions are big, prices are fair, and everything tastes fresh. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to.

Fine Wok is one of Torrance’s best hidden gems for Chinese food. It’s a family-owned business, and the pride they take in both their food and service really shines through. The wife who runs the front is always so kind, welcoming, and makes you feel right at home every time.
The portions are very generous for the price, and the quality is always consistent. One thing I really appreciate — it doesn’t matter if you call in your order or place it in person, they never skimp on the portions. And when you order a dish with protein, it’s always well-balanced — no stingy servings here. You truly get your money’s worth, every time.
Everything is flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care. Whether you’re grabbing takeout or dining in, Fine Wok always delivers. Support local, support family-run — this spot deserves all the love!

Hate to be that guy but the orange chicken I bought did not taste or look like chicken! Figured I wouldn't have to worry about this here.

Food was fresh and really hot. Lots of flavor. Decent portions. Would eat here again.
Parking: Not a lot of parking. But people were leaving regularly from the other business's.

Extremely hard to find.. across from Kaiser implies a cross the street. Not NEXT TO or just before Kaiser. Big difference.
The food and workers deserve a A+
I went there on a Friday at 5pm and ordered a To Go and had to wait 50 minutes! ?The food was delicious, but the fried meat was hard and lacked meat. However, the crunchy texture of the fried food and the sweet and sour seasoning were delicious. It has a flavor that will go well with alcohol. The fried rice and Gold Beef were delicious.

Ordered the chef's pork ribs. Served on a small plastic tray on top of soggy french fries for $21.85 (includes tax but not tip). I hope that this is the worst dish on the menu. Tasteless and disappointing and a portion size that you might expect to receive on a lunch special.

Their food is sooooooo good. I’m from NYC and this is just as good as there. Must try are the spicy wings.

While the juicy chicken dumplings were interesting, the fried rice was one of the worst Chinese dishes I've ever eaten. Never again.

Husband and I really enjoyed our food and now believe we found out new Chinese Food spot! It is takeaway only with no Dine in but that's fine with us. Our choices that made us happy were the Beef Lo Mein (it was delicious and great next day too), General Taos Chicken (came with a free small rice), and Cheese Wontons. We also ordered when we got there so the prices were WAY better instead of the horrid website fees from places like Ubereats or GrubHub.
