This tiny bakery is THE best! The conchas and elotes pasties are my standard order here (but you really can’t go wrong with most anything else behind those glass cases. The cream cheese and pickled jalapeño bolillos are fantastic!), but they sell out quickly, especially the vanilla conchas. When I fly back home (Albuquerque), I’ll call night before, or super early morning day of, and they very kindly set an order aside.
I’ve also ordered the Tres Reyes cake here, and it did not disappoint! I’ve never NOT been stuck with a whole round of this cake, when I’ve picked one up from the grocery store. But Ramirez’s had people going back for 2nds, in spite of increasing their odds of getting “the baby” folded into it, and therefor having to host a party -it was soft and pillowy and tasty.
This place is a true gem. Definitely try them out, but be sure to bring cash, as they are cash only -strictly. But if you forget, there are a couple of stores in the strip with ATMs.
Thank you to everyone who works so hard at Ramirez’s, to make it the great bakery that it is!

This panaderia has a selection of snacky snacks. They have tamales, jello, custard, bolillo, sweet Mexican bread and even cup noodles. I usually go for a coffee and bolillo. It's busy in morning but there are several employees so the wait isn't long.

My family and I have been frequenting this bakery for over a year and have never been disappointed. The freshness and quality of the pan dulce, in particular, stands out as well as the lovely customer service. The prices are very reasonable.

Love it! I just started coming this year 2025, and they are absolutely helpful, nice, clean. I will definitely keep coming back. The bread and service is outstanding! The bread is absolutely soft and sweet such an amazing flavor. GIVE THEM A CHANCE YOU WONT REGRET IT.

Bad service, warning, check your orders before taking them, things are always missing from your orders, be careful with these people and if you go and tell them what you missed, they will not return it to you, they will simply steal your money.
