We're regular patrons of this place mainly for their delicious orange chicken, but my recent visit left me disappointed.I placed an order for five, including one person with dietary restrictions due to allergies. Unfortunately, the employees were unaware of the ingredients, so they consulted their manager, Andrea. While the staff was friendly and attentive, I was taken aback by Andrea's poor service. She responded with a slight sneer and was dismissive when questioned about the ingredients, making it seem like she lacked knowledge about them. Another person who appeared also to be in a managerial position suggested that if we weren't sure, we shouldn't take the risk. They wouldn't even take the time to find out. This lack of transparency, care, and knowledge regarding food ingredients is concerning, especially for those with allergies who rely on accurate information to make informed decisions.It's surprising to me that a national food chain wouldn't have readily available ingredient information or a manager who is knowledgeable about them. I thought them to be ServSafe certified and capable of handling inquiries about allergies appropriately.So if you have allergies, don't go to this place. Craving Chinese food tonight. Stopped by a Panda Express on the way home. Next door to a topless lounge - oh my!! This location has a drive through as well as a nice size parking lot. Friendly staff and hot and fresh, delicious food. They were featuring a spicy chili shrimp and an apple cinnamon egg roll. Excuse me? My ancestors have never served apple cinnamon egg rolls at any meal that they have served. Nope. Ok, bye.

Ordered a 2 order plate orange chicken n teriyaki chicken got home all teriyaki and no orange chicken.. called and they gave me double orange chicken..

Gave this place so many tries but they suck! Every time without a doubt our order is wrong. Ordered online for pick up and we don't even know whose order they gave us. It was that wrong ! When we called the person on the phone was not even listening and ran us in circles. We had to explain up to 10 times that what we were missing. Like I don't get how you can mess an order up so badly when it is written down.

I was here a few months ago it was okay. Something happened. I spent $45 last night the food doesn't taste fresh. It's as if The food was out all day and or reheated. Or refrozen after being out all day? Definitely not fresh food. Taste like 2 day old food. Overwhelmed employees?

Might be the worst Panda in the south bay. Often out of things, small portions, cold entrees. Despite living just a few blocks from here I now drive down PCH to the location on Hawthorne by Best Buy instead.
