Excellent kind quick efficient baristas. They made me a delicious caramel macchiato extra hot that was phenomenal. I took a conference call that lasted almost 2 hrs & they then refilled my coffee without any hassle & made it just as I requested! Awesome! Big easy parking lot. The only reason I took off a star is there is no inside at all so no indoor seating & no restrooms. Only Starbucks that I went to that was like Dutch Bros set up or something.

Came here on 07/16 at 7pm and was treated very rudely by the drive thru employee. The girl with long hair had a nasty attitude and threw the drink into my hand as a senior citizen. She was just rude and angry and you can tell she doesn't like working there but that doesn't justify treating customers disrespectfully... Go to any other location near by... who wants to pay to get treated poorly for no reason other than the workers hating their job.

Jeremy is usually my go to guy. He's helped me out so much but today he not only forgot my sisters entire order, he was also rude about it. He took our order via the drive through and was just unenthusiastic about our order... Unlike the people in front of us who he was over the moon happy to help. Then he completely forgot about my sisters drink order saying that there wasn't an order put in for her. Unacceptable.

Staff are rude and don’t care if they mess your order up. They roll their eyes at you and for someone that comes daily, I wish there was some customer service. I do it for the convenience of the drive thru but it’s been a lot of inconsistent and lack of customer service. There’s a couple great personalities but majority seem to lack an effort and pride in their work.

Good Job! They were really fast during traffic hour and the drinks were made great with love and accuracy. I usually go to the Signal Hill this is now my second favorite location ❤️. See you guys soon!!
