I went inside this location to pick up a mobile order. When I approached the counter, I politely said hello and asked the employee if she could give me the restroom password.
Without any explanation or courtesy, she responded, “Someone else will help you,” and completely dismissed me. What made it worse is that she was not busy, not helping anyone else, and clearly not doing anything at the moment — yet she chose attitude over service.
This was not just poor customer service; it was blatant disrespect. No professionalism, no basic human decency, and an attitude that made it very clear she did not want to help at all.
I couldn’t help but question whether I was treated this way because I am Hispanic. I don’t make that assumption lightly, but when you are met with unnecessary hostility for a simple, polite request, it raises serious concerns.
Starbucks should seriously reconsider who they hire and how they train their staff. Allowing employees with this kind of behavior creates a hostile and unwelcoming environment for customers. If this continues, it’s only a matter of time before these issues escalate beyond online reviews.
I will absolutely not be returning to this location.

First of all my experience here was horrible . I tried to order my stuff in spanish, no worker spoke spanish. I ordered a tall mocha cookie crumble. They gave me this drink, halfway melted by the way (doesn’t even taste like a frappe tasted like ice coffee) And gave me 1 squirt of whipped cream. The photo is the drink as soon as I got it. I also ordered a grande drink, and it is the same size as my tall. They charged me for grande as well. This is unacceptable Starbucks. Do better

I’ve given this location several tries and it never fails. Went today around 3pm and had an Over 12 min wait for one drink with two people ahead and none at the walk up. I keep getting the same problem. I place my order turn the corner and see 1-2 vehicles ahead. I assume and hope they are a quick order and sure enough. Barista at the window hands over a single cup and then the drivers pull off. Why it still takes over 10 min to get your drink from the time of order is insane. To make matters worse you get to the window and you have 4-5 workers. One on the register 2 making drinks and the other standing around deep in gossip. The window opens you hear them gossiping about other coworkers needing to be “fired”. You can see them standing with a half made drink gossiping making gestures to each other and the drink is just hanging out. Pch location has you out in 5 min or less! There’s a time and place and totally okay to have social interactions with coworkers but if you obviously have customers they should be the priority or learn to multitask. People have places to be and people to see 😁

This isn’t always the case, but I got my venti and it was 1/5 empty. Whyyyy :(. Also the entrance to this location for the drive through line is a bit open for chaos. I was waiting for nearly 10 mins when a girl cut me off and cut the line in front of me. People are so weird

Poor poor poor customer service the staff is too young and undertrained and rude.
Excellent kind quick efficient baristas. They made me a delicious caramel macchiato extra hot that was phenomenal. I took a conference call that lasted almost 2 hrs & they then refilled my coffee without any hassle & made it just as I requested! Awesome! Big easy parking lot. The only reason I took off a star is there is no inside at all so no indoor seating & no restrooms. Only Starbucks that I went to that was like Dutch Bros set up or something.
