This location used to make the best drinks among all the Starbucks around here. Starting end of last year employees started changing and it wasn’t consistent anymore. I ordered Venti Strawberry Açaí refresher with no ice extra base (I like the tart ness and the strong flavor ) and light ice. I don’t mind paying the extra $1 for extra base. However if I’m paying extra $1 for extra base I don’t want half the cup to be filled with ice. When I got the drink it was quarter ice, I politely asked to take some ice out and add more base and when I took that first sip, it tasted diluted.
So disappointed, was looking forward to my drink.

I had such a great experience at this Starbucks thanks to Luke. He was warm, friendly, and really took the time to make sure my drink was just right. Not only was the coffee perfect, but his positive attitude genuinely brightened my morning. It’s rare to find service that feels both professional and personal, and Luke delivered both effortlessly. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Love this SB and I've frequent many, this location is one of the Best in Torrance. I'm a regular here and My Favorite Barista LUKE always makes my day, very engaging and goes out of his way to assure my order is accurate and exactly how I want it, low ice with caffeine, while still making sure to ask how my day is going. Iteractions like this goes a long way when retaining customers. Mngmnt fixed the drive-thru issue as it's now much more streamline, no longer extending into Sepulveda Blvd like it did last year, nice job. Orders are received quick and accurate, perfect location before I hit the 405fwy entrance. Shout out to LUKE, I'll absolutely be back for my regular frap, keep-up the good work Kid and SB Team!

Like many, I dislike leaving negative reviews, but I ordered a summer-berry lemonade refresher and received a Venti cup full of ice with no flavor. I paid just for ice and raspberry pearls, and the horchata ice espresso was ice and coffee, no horchata flavor. It was just disappointing.

Let me start off with saying the design of this drive thru is horrible. I don’t know who approved this but they did a terrible job! You can literally get blocked in with the drive thru line in all directions. Including exiting the drive thru line. This should be a hazard!!!! The entry to this small location is also a faulty design. There can only be one car entering or exiting the “ramp” due to the size. Every time you exit this ramp your bumper will pay for it. The angle of the exit ramp is terribly designed that you scrape your car every time. Not to mention when you enter through the ramp the design is so bad this also causes havoc on traffic due to the fact that you will have to enter a specific way to not ruin your car or cause an accident due to design. Like I mentioned you have to wait to enter through ramp until there are no cars otherwise you wont fit. I’ve seen multiple customers abruptly halt traffic and cause chaos due to this. Now on another note, you are a business get some change!!!!! Not every customer solely uses Apple Pay. Cash is still worth money. It’s not the first time this has happened but the fact that you are usually under staffed, under pay employees and highly pressure your employees, they’re not always in the best mood. Now that I actually sit here and think about this, I sit and wait in these ridiculously long lines to wait for my over priced mid coffee while waisting gas and time. Only to get told they have no change once again and having to leave after lost time and gas to watch them just throw away my order. The amount of waste this establishment does is insane. I’m not expecting free drinks or food but I also wasn’t expecting for a business to never even have pocket change. Will now stick to making my coffee at home. Another customer lost. Soon to be 1 of many.

I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but this Starbucks has organizational issues on more than one occasion when I’ve been in. Instead of giving people their items when it’s ready, they make them all at once and force everyone to wait the same amount of time to get their order. This is specifically about things prepared in the oven. So you have other people besides me looking around impatiently thinking what is going on when they could’ve brought our items out when they were ready, or prepared them in the order received. I know this could be addressed because other locations don’t do this. It’s kind of a pain since this location is convenient for me on the way to work, but I’ve started going elsewhere because I just can’t afford to waste any more time here.

The Starbucks is great. But it is the drive thru system that was approved for this location is the worst. It backs up Sepulveda. And it is not easy for drive thru patrons to exit immediately onto Sepulveda while customers are pulling into the location is very dangerous. Safety first.

Honestly my experience was weirdly bad. I ordered on app and was also helping pick up my friends drink. When I went in no one greeted to help me except one asian employee the rest ignored me.

The drinks also took a long time one was suppose to be done by 4 : 18 and by 4: 25 I got niether. I watched as three other people went in and got there drinks even though i was there first and ordered on app. What even surprised me more is when I got my drink I asked for my friends too and one of the employees seemed to misunderstand and grab my drink as I was reaching it and took it away. I would have understood if she at least clarified or apologize but she just looked at me weird.

Also my friends drink is dirty it has matcha drippings on it when she didn't get a matcha drink.

Overall the atmosphere inside is good and the drink is decent but I would wish they were a little nicer.
