This location rips you off. Always check your bag before leaving. We ordered 15 wings, charged us for 15 wings and only put 10 wings and charged 3 ranches and only gave 2. The quality of wings is also disappointing. It’s obvious they don’t care about providing decent service or quality amount of food. And for nearly 40$, at least give people what they ordered and stop being lazy.

Showed up to pick up my food. 3 other people there before me waiting for a while already. Took me more than 20-30 minutes to leave with my food even though I pre-ordered online. Some issue with the management leaving to break without assigning staff to their system. The staff wasn't able to handle customers appropriately. It was just a bad mess with poor management and staff.. food was pretty cold when received. Should've at least been discounted for some of my meal. Also, managers name is Jatziry.

Customers should get enough sauce to Enjoy they’re meal a $20 meal with 10 pieces of wings should have at least 3 sauces it’s ridiculous to charge a 1.75 for a very small cup of sauce when it should come with the meal for that price…. wing stop is pricey for nothing…. at least give out the sauce for customers to Enjoy their meal…..greedy owners

Now this Wingstop knows how to make wings! They make them perfect they're not delivered in a pool of sauce so gross they're just perfectly coated with a very thin lining of extra sauce at the bottom just perfection. Thank you guys for doing it right!!

So I placed an order through the app so I could just come pick it up, and my food was ready within a reasonable time, as it was fresh. I ordered a 6 piece boneless combo (3 bbq / 3 garlic Parmesan) with extra fry seasoning on the fries and omg they were so good. I've experienced having over battered and overcooked boneless chicken many times, but this chicken here was cooked to perfection! That was my first time trying their garlic Parmesan, and it was good but I didn't really taste the garlic, so I would give it like a 4/5 on taste. The bbq was good as always. The fries were so delicious, and I don't even have to talk about the ranch. Upon walking in on a Saturday evening 8/12/2023, it was empty. No other guests were in there, but the place was clean. I was greeted by friendly workers, my transaction was smooth, as it was an easy handoff, and all utensils were perfectly in sight. I would definitely come back ! Thank you
If I could give zero to this place then I would. Poor costumer service. I have ordered my food ahead of time so I can just pick it up and leave but it didnt happen. When I went to the store and pick up my food. Nobody greeted me in the front which is fine. I figured maybe they are busy at the back. I waited there for God knows how long. One of the worker came out and saw me standing at the cashier. We made eye contact and i said "hi". So she'll know that im a costumer but she ignored me and went back at the back. Im pretty sure she saw me standing there. After that, I continued to wait until Ive decided to go to where the soda machine is and check if theres someone back there. Guess what I saw, 3 workers on their break time and eating. I asked them if they are all on break and Ana, one of the worker, said 3 of them were on break. With that being said, nobody has left on the counter to at least serve the costumer. All of them has decided to take their lunch break all at once.

I’m very grateful that Wingstop stays open late for all my late night eats after my gym sessions. I will be choosing this location as my mainstay moving forward. employee Jose is biased and discriminates towards customers who come spend their money here. I ordered a meal asked to use the restroom I Was told they were out of service. I sit and wait for my order and other customers come in time goes by and he eventually let a different customer use the restroom and other employees were using it as well when I was told it was out of service. Employers should really look into who they’re hiring it’s employee’s like him who bring lawsuits. to businesses.
