Man, I love how whenever I want a breakfast burrito, this place is always open and the quality simply has not gone down after all these years. Yes, the prices have gone up since the pandemic (from 6$ to 8$ for the Special Burrito) but what always keeps me coming back is the quality. I can’t say I’ve ever gotten tired of having the food here, it tastes good whenever I’ve had it and the portions have always been fair! I will keep coming to eat here as long as it’s open to be honest.
The quick and friendly service is also a massive plus. I’ve never had issues with my food, even though sometimes there can be a bit of a wait, the wait is most definitely worth it.
Please never change Don Ruben’s, we need more businesses like you.

Went here to try a burrito! It was really busy in the morning but we were able to get our burritos pretty fast. I would say it tasted good but I was expecting something really good. I would say its okay though

They keep on making errors on the burrito orders . When requesting no beans or no egg. The cook still puts beans and egg. They need to take orders correctly.

I now live in Westminster and I can't get here as much as I would like to but when I am in the area I go out of my way to come here and get at least a burrito if not more. Was craving a chile relleno burrito from Rosa Maria’s which is unfortunately only in the IE. It’s pork verde meat and a chile relleno inside. I asked my husband to get me the chile relleno burrito from here or a chile verde burrito and add a chile relleno to it. He ended up getting me both the chile verde burrito and a chile relleno burrito. I’d the chile verde burrito just pork with beans and insane amount of cheese because there was absolutely no verde sauce! It completely lacked any flavor besides cheese and little meat. Might as well have been a been and cheese quesadilla. The chile relleno burrito was ok but again lacked flavor but cheese and the smallest chile. That was just a bean, egg and cheese burrito. I don’t know why it’s so hard to find a good burrito out here. I tried Nick’s Deli II since we live closer to it but they use potatoes like this place uses cheese, way too much.🤦♀️
Their steak & bacon burrito was excellent with big chunks of meat. I asked the guy at the counter (could be the owner) if he could text/call when my order was ready as I need to go back to my car since my dog was there. He said he can’t call but he can bring the food to me. I said ok, didn’t really believe him & just planned to go back to the counter in 10 min. After sitting in my car for around 5 min, here he comes with my food! Unbelievable. Best service ever.
