The pig's feet were really, really delicious. The meat was very tender and the raw radish vegetables were also very delicious.I think Gamjatang is really the best~ The bone meat is delicious and the soup is amazing~~ Highly recommended!!!The owner was very friendly and the side dishes were very delicious.

This restaurant had very good food and very nice people. I ordered the Pork Katsu, Bulgogi, Dumpling and Rice Cake Soup, and Leek Pancake. Everything was delicious and had big portions. You get your moneys worth with how big the portions are. The Banchan was amazing. The kimchi had the perfect level of spice. I will be coming back!

the absolute worst Mul-naengmyeon i've ever been served. came out last even though it's the only cold dish ordered. way too much ice, absolute slush. way too much radish, not sure if it had slices of cooked beef. i think they messed up and rushed my order and instead of just waiting for the right time to serve it or apologize and suggest something else on the menu, they chose the worse option. to serve a sub-standard product. for korean food in this area, this is absolutely unacceptable.

Ordered bossam and it smelled really bad. I don't know about other food but do not order bossam here. Seems like the owner has changed. Window had different name Woomiok.

I just wanted to share the menu with the prices cuz I saw online different less price and when I drove there I saw the 2023 august 17 these are the real prices to consider before going there ..the area is not that fancy the interior is very modest for those prices I think is better to go to a fancy restaurant where you will pay a lot but great atmosphere.I did not rate the food or service cuz I decided to go a better restaurant if I will be paying a lot money.

Was looking for some Korean lunch while visiting LA, Of course with higher expectations for Korean food there. Found this place on Yelp, decided to give it a try. First things first-the food- we got the seafood pancake in hopes of getting something delicious and filled with seafood, instead we got only green onions. That was a lie. Service was ok, unfriendly and unwillingly serving their ONLY customers at that time of day. Ambiance- a shaky table. I don't understand how this place has a good rating.

Leek pancake, jokbal (pork feet), dumpling stew were all delicious. Dumplings are hand-made (saw them making at a back table). Food is not oily/greecy!

Leeeeeeek pancake!!!! Must get on a rainy day with makgeoli. Not oily unlike many other places!Jokbal was served warm and it was tender and delicious. My mother liked it more than LA jangchoongdong. Side dishes on point. Service on point. Will be back and can't wait to try their another dishes!

Food is delicious. Haven't had any bad ones, and portions are great. I love getting their seafood pancakes with whatever soup entrees they have. Kimchi side dish is good . Service is fast. I see a lot of older folks dining here making the ambiance cozy

Looking for some legit Korean food? Gaon is an all-rounder. Perhaps you want a good Korean hangover soup? Gaon's gamjatang is a MUST have. Want something spicy but need something for your kiddos to eat too? GAON is the place to be. Some of our FAVORITES:- Original Katsu (10/10) Crispy GOODNESS! Omg, I have been to my fair share of Korean restaurants that serve this traditional dish, and NONE of them have come even close to beating Gaon's. - GamJaTang (10/10) Served in a traditional Korean stone pot, Gaon's gamjatang is out of this world. And, they add a good amount of perilla leaves and ground sesame seeds (a definite plus).

I've tried many Korean restaurants and this place is one of the best. Quality and taste of the dishes and banchan are very good. I've tried uguji galbitang, katsu, cheese katsu, and gopchang jeongol and they were all fantastic. Gopchang jeongol esp is my favorite to get here. I'm planning on trying more dishes here!
