I strongly believe that customer service is the heart of any business. While the food is decent, adding some spice can elevate the experience, especially when paired with beer. However, my 3-star rating is due to two main reasons. Firstly, the customer service lacks consistency. There's a young Asian man who appears disinterested, possibly even unhappy in his role, and his long hair should be covered when handling food. On the other hand, there's a cheerful young woman who brightens the experience. Secondly, the limited food selection is disappointing. For instance, with the wings, customers are restricted to buying premium meals to try different flavors, which is a letdown. Oh yeah not the cleanest place but not dirtiest.

They have the best fried chicken ever! Portions are great and always delicious, honey bee sauce is a must with your order!

Service could do better. The cashier has an attitude towards customers and looks bothered when help is needed

Well worth it. Let me tell you, I'm a glutton, and fried chicken is my second favorite food. Korean fried chicken over any kind of fried chicken. Just like people get cravings on Sunday for chikfila, I be craving this place the one day they're open . The sauces are fire

I've past by this spot several times and decided to check it out recently for lunch and I'm glad I did because the chicken I had here was delicious. They have a wide variety of flavor options to choose from and you can go for tenders, sandwiches, or wings and a ton of sides to choose from and they do their chicken the Korean way so it's crispy, juicy, and flavorful! I opted to go for their Combo #3 and it came with 3 tenders, 2 garlic toasts, fries, and a drink. I chose fire soy for my flavor and upgraded my fries to cajun fries. The tenders were quite large, were covered in the spicy fire soy sauce which packed a good amount of flavor and a decent kick of spice. The fries were well-seasoned and crispy and you get a good amount. The garlic toast was simple with garlic and butter on both sides and was a good side to the tenders and fries. Service was friendly when I placed my order and there's plenty of seating here for larger parties and it's pretty clean throughout the interior. I would say it is on the more dimmer side during the late afternoon but it didn't bother me too much and the overall ambience was quite chill. If you are looking for a spot for delicious fried chicken, check out Legend Chicken if you are in the area or check out their other locations!

My friends and i have gone to this location multiple times as we enjoy the food. However, each time we go, we are treated very poorly by the Asian server taking our orders. She is very rude and speaks to us condescendingly. She spoke harshly to us when we tried to get our drinks. She has been kind to my wife when she has come here (my wife is also Asian) and I find it odd that she has consistently treated me and my friends differently. It is consistent to the degree that we feel discriminated against. Due to their poor treatment of us, i highly recommend going to a different location.

I am a person who eats legend chicken about once a month. However, when I recently to go get it and ate it at home with my family, it was so salty that my whole family's faces looked bad. It doesn't taste like what I've had before. The chicken pieces are also too big. I eventually gave up eating it and threw it in the trash

Ordered take out through their website. The prices are higher online so I recommend you don't order online. Second reason to not order online is they automatically add a 20% tip (to a take out order!) that you have to remember to remove. Third reason to not order online, they add an online ordering fee on top of the prices already being marked up. I do not recommend to get the rice bowl, the chicken amount in it is very small. The chicken sandwich is good but the amount of fries is very small too. Overall, I recommend you go to the Cluck n' Blaze down the street if you want hot chicken without gimmicks to charge you extra.

Randomly stumbled across this restaurant on Yelp and was immediately surprised by the service, atmosphere and most importantly the food. Our server Luna, was extremely friendly and courteous. The chicken sandwhich was crispy, juicy, and flavorful. 10/10 across the board. Must try!

The service here is horrible! They are rude and even though the advertise they are open till 10:30 they won’t seat you at 8:40 saying takeout only. Too bad they don’t have any management.

This was a very often stop for me and many friends . They advertise they are open till 10:30 but have refused to seat me even as early as 8:40 saying take out only. I've asked several times when the latest seating is but and it changes nightly depending on who's working (8:40, 9, 9:30, 10.) No consistency at all. Really sad to see a business I liked go downhill like this due to staff.

I've been here twice with my family and the food is always good. The girl who welcomes you and takes your order is always really friendly and offers great service. She even made my niece a quick hand made chopstick for her to use. Chicken is always crunchy and all the flavors are good.
