The staff serving you is kind, but in reality they do a bad job. There have been more than three occasions when they have given me a pizza that doesn't even have my name on it, and it makes me sad to return it because sometimes there are people and they don't know what to do. Stop buying there, but in reality the staff is quite clueless, they sometimes don't realize that they have already charged for the order and ask you to pay again. Make sure they are given what they ask for and that they are charged correctly.

They should be nicer to people because they have a job to make sure the pizza is delicious if you don't want to return because of the bad service. How is it possible that they never have change and they don't want to sell you the pizza because they want you to give them the exact money.

Gave me old stale salty cheese bread TWICE. What's the point the of waiting 15-20 minutes just to get old food. The first time I let it slide, but then it happened AGAIN. Before you leave the place check the pizza.

Little Ceasars pizza, when you want some pizza that doesn't taste like it was in the freezer and you don't have 30 minutes or more to wait for a pie. Price is about the same as frozen without the freezer burn taste.Parking: There's a Starbucks and a 99 cent store among other businesses, so the parking lot can get full but not usually.Wheelchair accessibility: It's California, so, it's the law wheelchairs got access. It's not a dine in spot anyway.

As I walked in to order the employee after handling one customer rushed to the back and I was ignored for 10 minutes while employees played rap music blasting in the back laughing. Waited and once the cashier came back they never greeted or asked me for my order just stood there vacant eyes waiting for me to ask for my order. In the end they showed no effort for their job and honestly the food is the only reason i would go back. Expect bad service from fredy j. but okay pizza.

Do not order from this place. Every time I order well done crazy bread, I get an undercooked soggy greasy mess. I tried calling before, they take a very long time to pick up the phone and when they do, they have a horrible attitude. I called today just to let them know and see if I could get a refund or a new set of crazy bread that’s well done and they just never answered.

Has to be the absolute worst Little Caesar’s Pizza location of all time. Left on hold forever, dismissive attitude from the manager. All I wanted was well done Krazy bread and I get soggy trash. Will never order from here again, I suggest everyone does the same. Literally shame on you, major disappointment. Please go get a job you can do correctly.
As an Uber delivery driver I don't think it's right for an employee to ask if we want a bag for three breads and three sauces and he hands you the bag for you to bag the items ? That's not in our job description. Plus I was the only one inside so clearly wasent busy .

It's been awhile since I've ordered from here, as my last experience wasn't the greatest. Placed an order online for 2 thin crust pepperoni pizzas and 1 deep dish pepperoni. Wow!!!! Everything was hot, tasted so fresh and looked to pizza perfection, I was pleasantly surprised! It was such an easy pickup process with the pizza portal, I was in and out quick style! My boys and I enjoyed it and definitely will give it a try again soon. Keep up the awesome pizza making and keep it consistent! Thanks ya'll ?

Seem like they changed the recipe for the Crazy Bread. For the last couple months it's been heavy, doughy like rubber, and undercooked and doesn't taste as good. It use to come much lighter in weight, fluffier and toastier. When you bite into it, it's almost crunchy and not rubbery and not heavy or doughy.

I ask for pretzel pizza crust, with no salt. The crust did not look like a pretzel and did not taste like it. If they don't have it they should have told me. I went back to ask she said it was pizza pretzel I said no it looks regular. I just said ok thank you and walk away upset.
