They gave me the wrong mobile order and had the audacity to tell me the only way I would get a refund is if I drove all the way back to the store with the incorrect food. They would not own up to their own mistakes. It was already past closing time.

We really enjoy this McDonald's because of the playplace. The food is good, the people are genuine but it's about the kids. The playplace hetero is clean and well maintained, and it has a restroom on the family side where the playplace is. There are 2 full bathrooms up front, but this location is fantastic when you have kids.

A year ago, I would have given them 5 stars, however recently it seems that there's a whole new morning and mid-day crew struggling to become a cohesive team. Some of our orders have been incorrectly prepared, but at least the lead crew member has been polite about re-doing the order. Dining in has been a better experience but I recommend that there should be a dedicated busser to clean up the tables. We've had to ask for our table to be cleaned up with a damp cloth so now I have resorted to having some Clorox wipes with me
