A year ago, I would have given them 5 stars, however recently it seems that there's a whole new morning and mid-day crew struggling to become a cohesive team. Some of our orders have been incorrectly prepared, but at least the lead crew member has been polite about re-doing the order. Dining in has been a better experience but I recommend that there should be a dedicated busser to clean up the tables. We've had to ask for our table to be cleaned up with a damp cloth so now I have resorted to having some Clorox wipes with me

This is a good location on a busy street. Service can get backed up with the dual drive thru lanes and online orders. My child loves the play area. The video games and lightup sports toss do not work, but the color changing tables do work.

Drive thru people are nice for the job duties, I get dealing with people all day can get annoying but they still manage to make my experience tolerable but the fries are always cold as hell. Even the ones from my kids happy meals. Cold & soggy fries consistently coming out of this location.

Bathrooms are extremely filthy, there is a urine puddle from the urinal to the bottom of the sink. Men's sink does not work there is no water.
Awful service, I would like to grade them a zero. Believe it or not I'm actually okay with the babysitting nursery that both the manager and cook are running; however the were not polite. They wouldn't give me napkins and wouldn't clean the tables. There was trash all over the floor.
Won't offer you any condiments, zip, zero, nada. I mean you have to have ketchup with fries. But they are okay with the homeless refilling their two liter plastic coke bottles.
Moved back closer to this location and every time something is wrong with the order. I even had to drive back because they forgot one of my items and no “sorry for the mistake.” “Would you like a drink, hash brown, etc. for the inconvenience.” No customer service. No longer going to this location. Los Alamitos is much better.

Ordered from Doordash. The receipt was correct, but the food was all wrong. AND NO DRINKS. Ever since they got their big pay raise, their service has gone way down. I will never order from there or go in person ever again! This is about the third time. Do better!!!
