My experience here at mcdee's was good and bad. The good: the food. The bad: the men's bathroom.I went to use the bathroom, and upon entering a wave of stinch, stink, the worst smell mix of of poop, pee, and something that died in there. The entire bathroom fithy with lots of pee on the floor a poop smeared. There is powder in the toilets and urine stalls thrown around of what I don't know. I had to hold my breath due to the intense smell. I asked the manager about it, and I got an answer, "we are trying to clean it."A rich company as this that can't keep their bathrooms clean. So very sad. I like McDonald's, too, but that is unacceptable to the public.

Everytime i go i tell them i want my food fresh and they always give me old food. Today i asked for fresh food and the fries was old. I asked for them to remake them they told me to pull forward when he gave me the bag back i could tell that they put the same fries inside the grease. My 5 year old also said they tasted funny. Im not going back to this location anymore.

They got my order wrong and then accused me of not ordering correctly and treating me like I'm the dumb one. After I showed them they messed up that's when they dropped some of their attitude and remade my food. She kept asking me if I wanted to change my order and I kept saying "no I want the original order I made online" and showed her the receipt. The women of the store are just too proud to admit their simple mistakes. It's sad that it takes me showing them their mistakes right in front of their face for me to get any correct customer service.

It's almost like they purposefully prepare your order the exact opposite of how you order it, out of some weird spite or something, for example, order no pickles, and get lots of pickles on your order. Worst McD's out there, avoid at all cost, go right down the street to the other one.
