Don’t be fooled by the location or looks. This place serves high quality Persian cuisine. They serve the best, finely ground, extra lean beef koobideh you will ever find in SoCal! Rice varieties are excellent and not full of butter and the filet mignon is succulent and tasty. The chicken is so tender and flavorful as well. This place is a gem compared to all the fine Persian restaurants from OC to West LA at very reasonable prices.

For take out my experience was great. I cannot emphasize enough that the beef koobideh kabob is the best in that it's so lean! Ground so finely!! No chewy bits of fat or fillers!! It's very flavorful and soo succulent and juicy. Bonus is that it's halal which makes it organic and fresher tasting. No smelly meat! The cranberry rice was perfect and not too oily from butter. The chicken kabobs were also fragrant with saffron and juicy and tender. The steak kabobs were also very lean and tender and excellently spiced. Great place with great prices although in a not so posh area, looks can be deceiving. Peris brings gourmet food here so locals are in for a treat! I would definitely keep this place in mind for catering.

Still one of our favorite spots to eat! I'm just gonna say that they give some of the best falafel I've have had. They taste super fresh! Crispy, crunchy outside, and tender and flavorful inside. They're also not dry at all. They're so good on their own, but adding some of the sauces elevates them even more. The boyfriend and I always order way too much because it just tastes that good.

Excellent food filet mignon cook to perfection. All of my favorites are @ this place. Grape leaves tender and sauce has that tang that fits just right. Staff very friendly and nice

They've minimized their menu, only Persian food now. Just fine with me, I just love this place, all the kabobs, rice, garlic sauce with warm pita bread area all just delicious! The Persian salad, hummus and the eggplant borami is just so flavorful. Still have great service, consistent great food. Prices of course have gone up, but the quantity is good for the family special. It is more than enough for almost 6 people and comes with appetizers. REALLY miss their pancakes, they had the beat.

The location is what makes this particular restaurant uninviting. The food itself - good. Bit on the starchy side as they hold back on the proteins. The hommus was delicious, but very little lavash served with it. The service so so, more of a slow pace. The place was empty for at least 30 minutes before another couple came in to dine. The parking is free... usually plenty. There are stores for shopping ( 99 cent and Starbucks etc..) Definitely not in your traditional upbeat neighborhood. I recommend daytime versus a nighttime... happy yelping.

OMG... soooo, I have to say walking in, I was a little iffy on sight, no one was in yet, the decor a little outdated, the big RED lunch signs on the wall, looked at the wife, with that unsure look, as she replies "It's got good reviews". Well, Im so glad I tried it.. The lamb was AMAZING! Wife loved hers too, the beef wrap. The hummus, yummy! And the owner's super sweet.. Never judge a book by its cover, right!

This is a wonderful restaurant. The owners are super friendly and the food is Fantastic. We oredered the partyplatter to go and it was absolutely fresh and packed wonderfully We had ordered the Platter that serves 12 people with beef and chicken. There were two sides humus and cucumber yogurt. Pita bread. Best quality Basmati Rice , Grilled tomatoes The food quantity was amazing , 15 people had lunch and there were still leftovers. I Highly recommend this place
