The peruvian food there is decent, especially for it being fast food. I think the restaurant in Gardena may be better.

A shame because I usually come every weekend with my family and recommend it to my friends. First, when they delivered my ceviche, it didn't have any juice, it was dry, I asked them to please give me more juice and they added it and left it on the counter. bar and it was there for minutes, they never called me back, it tasted very bad, the lemon was bitter... I threw my money in the trash because it was inedible and when I told them they weren't even able to apologize. Those who attend in the same way had no intention and one of them even passed by me and said something regarding the subject and when I asked her what she said...? She acted like she didn't say anything when my mom and I listened to her.A real shame.

It's a shame that arriving with high expectations of eating delicious food went to waste in the first bite. They have to be more careful how they prepare the dishes they sell and the service is another point that they must improve.

After a long day of movies and shopping at the towne center, This is my favorite place to go. The Chaufa de pollo is AMAZING. I always get extra green sauce to mix in with the Chaufa and it's just delightful. The service is always great, even when there a long line the workers are always kind. And inside the seating area is plentiful if you decide to eat in. Definitely recommend stopping here if you have the chance and if you have even more time try out the restaurant!

This location is a bit out of my way, but my family & I were visiting a place nearby so I finally got to try it. I was a little hesitant at first because of the lower rating compared to their other locations, but my actual experience exceeded expectation. As soon as we came in we were greeted by a male behind the counter, whom was very nice & helpful. We ordered to eat inside: pollo saltado, lomo saltado, yuca fries, chaufa (kids) bowl & couple drinks (one of the drink was free from Yelp Check in offer), and total came out to about $52, a bit cheaper compared other peruvian restaurants we've been to. Food was ready within 15 minutes, everything was freshly cooked & steaming hot. The saltados each came with a side of cilantro soup to my pleasant surprise, my pollo saltado had a lot of onions, which I appreciated because I love onions! Flavor was all around good, including the purple chicha beverage that tasted like a healthier fruit punch. I kinda wish they have a non-spicy version of the green sauce though since I can't do much heat, but ultimately I was satisfied. I'm still confused with the lower rating because I had such a good first visit experience, & see myself most likely to be coming back!

First time coming here and I wasn't expecting much but man was I wrong. The polla a la brasa was tasty and the papa huancaina was perfect with the right hit of spicy. I got my son arros con pollo and he ate it with so much joy. We are definitely coming back. I'm peruvian and the pea soup is a taste from home.

I'm really sorry to say that the food was inferior to other Pollo Inka's I have visited. I have been going since the early days in the Hawthorne area, visited the one for many years in Torrance and I was delighted to visit the one in Hawaiian Gardens when they opened. The food was of the same quality of the brick and mortar venues, but my visit in early January was a total disappointment. The food was ready when I got there but part of my order was missing. However, it was the lack of familiar flavors that was so disappointing. The food quality was lacking and those signature spices were watered down. I cannot recommend this given the prices we are paying for substandard results. MELPP

I love pollo Inka, but I won't come back to this express place, it's unacceptable to have a lil kid behind the counter, have her playing around with a plastic bag on her head, and then have the personnel use the same bag to put your food in. In short words, it's unsanitary and I lost my apatite real quick. I wish places like this would have more control especially with everything going.

There are days when the food is good, there are days when it is not so good, the ceviche is sometimes good, other times it is ugly.
