One star rating because this location never fills my cup, a small coffee for $5.45 and it's about an inch below the top of the cup every time. That's about a dollar of coffee that I'm cheated out of every time. As a result this location will never see a tip out of me.

I typically prefer this Starbucks to the one on del amo or spring, but I think now im going to give it a break until the one rude staff there quits or gets fired. It's literally one woman with a bad attitude and who hates her job. Everyone else is fantastic!
Update: She is not working there anymore! Glad you moved on girl. The staff there now is great!

I have gone to this Starbucks for 14 yrs and it has gone down hill so bad and the service is AWFUL. The wait time is crazy and then they PARK YOU just to boost their ratings through corporate. I have since gone else where and will NEVER return to this Starbucks again Also the inside and outside look filthy. As of now I have quit going to any Starbucks all together and am going to Mc Donald's as they ARE much cheaper and saving so much I can buy myself a breakfast sandwich as well .

blonde girl long hair working saturday 7/19 is the worst Starbucks experience ive ever had no exaggeration, quite rude and not honest with customers, wrote something on my cup that Iāll keep to myself but very unprofessional, now when I drive past Starbucks I donāt stop by, I learned to make my own drink at home. I even tipped and donāt regret it but I feel they should take their job seriously because we choose them everyday!

The young guy today at 3:53pm July 7th has one of the best customer service! You donāt get the kind of service anywhere nowadays! He deserves a raise ! Very kind and serving š plus he wrote a nice message on my shaken espresso today and everything about Starbucks is the best

It took me 20 minutes to get my single cup of water after asking 2 people. By the way i like coffee here!!!!

Today my grande latte with whole milk, plain tasted worse than a McDonald's latte that would have only cost me $3 instead of $5.25. maybe Starbucks is using the machine that the McDonald's people use to make their drinks.

The store looks old and dirty, with old furniture as well. The inside feels like a hostile environment; employees have bad attitudes, tables are sticky, and everything feels dirty.

The girl working the window, was very rude today 4/13/25. Normally the girls that work there are super nice, but today the person working seemed like she didn't want to be there. She should go home if she has an attitude, before she scares away all of the customers.
