Horrible experience here. If I could give 0 starts I would. There is no Customer service here. I asked a question and they acted to me like it was a bother to them. The Drink tasted horrible it wasn’t made right. My drink was literally just watered down coffee with watered down cold foam. Will NEVER come back to this location EVER again. I will be contacting corporate.

Rude people at the Hawaiian Gardens location... I'll keep my tips for people have respect and less cold stares. The Starbucks in Del Almo and Pioneer is the best place to go if you want good service. Just wanted a cup holder and straws. No need to look angry and ignore me...

I was there on this 9/6/2024 during the evening and witnessed one of the Starbucks workers who said her name was Leslie (not sure if that’s truly her name) or if she’s the manager but witnessed that employee as the most disgusting and disrespectful Starbucks employees to some customers. “Leslie” called the cops on a mom and her daughter because her daughter was simply being a kid. Leslie asked her to keep it down or she was going to call the cops. There was only me and like two others inside. As a mom myself I would be livid if someone asked my child to be quiet and then proceeded to call the cops on me. They’re kids !!! I understand it’s a place where people want to take breaks but it’s not a library. All moms deserve a break too. Never returning to this Starbucks. I hope Leslie has kids one day and realizes what she did one day. God forbid someone calls the cops on her children for being children. Lowest of the low. PROTECT THE CHILDREN!!!!!

The staff was VERY RUDE! There was nowhere to sit with power. The only spot available was where the recycled grounds were. I moved them onto an adjoining table, exactly next to the grounds table, so I could sit at the grounds table and use the outlet. The staff came and told me I couldn't sit there because that small table was just for the grounds. Which were less than a foot away from their original home. And, set up more nicely than they had displayed them. I'm glad the staff believes the used coffee grounds are more valuable than their loyal customers. The pile on the high table was their setup, the lower table was my setup.

The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I was here on 7/22/24 @ 9:30am and ordered a Ham and cheese sandwich and a black tea lemonade. There was no welcome or anything. I received my drink but not my sandwich, so I stated to the server that I also had ordered a sandwich as well. And she got snappy and stated that she’s making the drinks right now and it’s coming up. Ok, no problem I tasted my drink and it was mostly black tea. So, I asked another worker if they could fix it and she got an attitude and stated that it doesn’t come with sweetener. I said that I just wanted some more lemonade and she gave me a cup of lemonade on the side when my drink was filled to the top already. Didn’t try to pour out some of the black tea or nothing. Just very poor service I ended up just throwing the drink away in the store and left. I won’t be ever coming back here I don’t care how thirsty i may be. Customer service is everything. ??????

Drinks are usually made right and taste good. But when they are not made right or something is wrong with the taste, the attitude is oh, sorry. Never try to correct the issue. Bad service from the barristas in regard to correcting their mistakes in the making of drinks. Purchase here many times a week.

Closing hours says 10pm. I show up at 9:30pm and it’s closed. Workers are inside but pretend they don’t see me. Don’t even bother to tell me their closing hours are different than what shows up online.

The worst , unclean and messy Starbucks I've ever been to. The service was slow and horrible.The barista for dine in at 11:00a.m. Mon. was talking and distracted the whole time.The floor, glass, counters, tables and windows haven't been cleaned for days.The manager should be fired .
