Came in the other day and service was wonder . The man there i believe it might be the manager he is so kinda and welcoming . Food is great & fresh

I had a terrible experience at this Subway. The cashier took my money without permission after I told them I couldn't afford the sandwich I have anxiety and autism and it makes it hard for me to speak up. I'm extremely disappointed and won't be returning the worker is stingy the sandwich was 13 bucks this worker includes taxes and overcharges everything and I asked for a return and he didn't give me

I stopped by the Subway in Hawaiian Gardens on July 1, 2025, around 5:20 PM while charging my Tesla across the street — just wanted to grab a quick cookie and use my Subway rewards.
When I walked in, I was greeted by an older gentleman who seemed friendly at first. He asked how my day was going and if I wanted a sandwich. I told him I just had a sweet tooth and would be purchasing one cookie.
As I started entering my phone number into the rewards kiosk, he told me I was pressing too hard and said I was going to break the machine — which wasn’t true. Then, to my surprise, he grabbed the cookie, put it back, and told me to leave the store, all in front of other customers.
I was completely embarrassed and left feeling overwhelmed and disrespected. I didn’t raise my voice, I wasn’t rude — I was simply trying to use my rewards. I’ve never had an issue like this at any Subway before, but I definitely won’t be returning to this location. Management needs to be aware of how customers are being treated here.

Absolutely the worst subway I’ve ever been to. The owner will cancel your online order and then REFUSE to reimburse you (he tells you to call the corporate office).
More importantly, the amount of meat he “allows” his employees to give you is embarrassing. Subway should have some sort of standard set for the amount of ingredients they give you by default (in fact, I’m sure they do). If they do, this guy is completely disregarding the standards.
Don’t come here. The owner is rude, stingy, and a thief.

I just spent 20 bucks for bread literally!! If you order only just have in mind you will get a cold sandwich and a empty sandwich they literally give you more bread than meet!! And if you want to use your coupons they will not take them, they have to but they will not gonna take them. Subway gotta do something with this location!!
They don't accept coupons. I spent $15.95 for 1 Subway foot-long sandwich.

Ok, let’s get into it. The owner is an older gentleman. He’s a sweet guy, but, a horrible floor manger with so so customer service. The staff doesn’t seem to be allowed to do anything without a watchful eye and judging mind. Unfortunately, his frugalness is very apparent in the ratio of meat and veggies to bread. HOWEVER, he willing takes my order and payment from the door when I have my dog with me .. so, I’ve gotta give him credit for that.

Very bad atmosphere. Owner is very rude to customers and Dosent care about business. Subway should not have their name be represented this way. They cancel ur order online on purpose if you use any discounts and in person they won’t accept ur coupons even if they show they will. Subway should take a look into this and he’s very stingy with food he will give u almost nothing but bread! @subway

I got two sandwich combos and another half sandwich and the total was $51 this price was insane and not acceptable he was so nervous and continued to show me prices and the menu

I ordered a six inch tuna on wheat, the bread was stale, the employee went out of sight to get the bread not from the front where there was a lot of bread, there was hardly any tuna on it.
