I am a very regular customer to Gardens Restaurant, Weston-Super-Mare, North Somerset, United Kingdom at least twice a week. Every time I visit this restaurant, I'm greeted very warmly by all the staff. Whenever I'm in there, I'm made to feel very welcome and as part of a very happy family. In fact, knowing the staff so well, I feel as though I'm a part of something special. The food served is always of the highest possible standards and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. Given the current and ongoing cost of living crisis, The Gardens' prices are still very, very good. So folks, if you want a nice day out and delicious food, come to The Gardens Restaurant. Their quality of customer service is also of the highest standard. Whenever I'm in town, I always go in there for a nice meal, coffee and a nice chat with the staff. I will never go anywhere else. Food is served in plastic containers I think it's due to Covid. Just be aware if you come here it's not a dine in a restaurant you have to walk to the bar order and pay your food and then get it 45 minutes later. I had to ask where my food was before anyone checked. And there's always a line to get food/drinks Not coming here again

They’ve really changed up the games. No more $40 no limit. Min $200 buy in for $20-40 game. Waited 45 and still 13 names down. Sucks

played Pai Gow 25$ bet i had 2 pair and the dealer had nothing. i set my cards wrong, big pair bottom and small pair on top. They will give advice or set cards for you. i won both ways and inadvertently set my cards wrong. there is a rule that if you set yourcards incorrectly you lose. my incorrect card setting gaveme no advantage bu t i still lost. That is not on rhe board and I have never heard of it. Be careful to understand rules that you don't even know of.I will check other places and don't need to come back here.
Good environment , friendly staff and good customer service. Especially they have a good black jack tournament every Saturday. Also this February 1st 2020 they have mega black jack tournament $50,000 Guarantee .

Its Event Center is perfect for exclusive/private gatherings & party!!! The facilities are clean & presentable, staff are polite & approachable!!! Had a wonderful experience... After the party, try your luck at the casino, lots of games & surprises awaits you! The Cafe & Wine Cellar will also give you satisfaction with the taste of bubbly wines & liquors. Come one, come all!

Came in early morning to play some 4/8 or 8/16. There was no seat, but I was first up. I decided to play some no limit to wait. After 15 minutes or so, I check and my name is taken off the board. I tell the desk attendant that I guess I had missed and I want to be back on. I'm first up again. After a long while, I check and I'm taken off again. I walk up to the same attendant and tell him I want the table for sure and to lock it up and point to my table where I am originally playing. I am finally called and I yell lock it and take my chips over. I talk to the Floorman James and he says that I said I wanted to pass on it? He said I had to put my name on the board again. I was so heated, I called for a supervisor. I get the run around and finally when I get to talk to her, she said that they mixed me up with someone else with the same initials... Hawaiian is close to my house, but i don't see my self going back and playing poker there. I shouldn't be ghosted 3 times just to get a seat, especially for something like that... However, I do like that they bring a good variety of food to the tables. There is plenty of parking and the interior is really nice. If i do decide to come back, it will probably be just for food and drinks.
