Surprise to find that a CSR at this Burger King was very helpful. Told her that I had problems before using the kiosk order system with coupons n she went out of her way to show me how to use it. Food was decent n it hit the spot.

I ordered through the drive-thru to get my regular order. Everything was easy — there wasn’t a long line, and the order was taken by an automatic system that was easy to understand.

Just got the new crispy onion whopper and didn’t receive the crispy. Lol. Order Service was great but the cook idk what he’s/ she’s doing. Totally failed the burger. No cheese, no crispy onions and the bottom patty was 1/3 gone with a smaller patty to fill the empty space of the bun. Lol. I don’t know what else to say about it but needs improvement.
