They don’t use real ice cream for their shakes here. It’s the premade solution and dissolves quickly. They should not say hand scooped when it’s just pre poured in a cup and then placed in freezer. I was charged $7 for hand scooped ice cream milkshake which wasn’t hand scooped, wasn’t ice cream and wasn’t worth $7.

Karla is so sweet and helpful. She is usually in the drive thru when I stop by after work before making the long commute home. She has great EQ, friendly, provides excellent timely service. I oversee customer service for a large restaurant brand and I feel Karla is an excellent steward of hospitality and that she should be recognized for her work! Way to go Karla, thank you for bringing a smile to my face after long days of solving people’s problems. I could visit other concepts or CJ locations after work, but come back to this one for her service. Kudos!
