They don’t use real ice cream for their shakes here. It’s the premade solution and dissolves quickly. They should not say hand scooped when it’s just pre poured in a cup and then placed in freezer. I was charged $7 for hand scooped ice cream milkshake which wasn’t hand scooped, wasn’t ice cream and wasn’t worth $7.

Karla is so sweet and helpful. She is usually in the drive thru when I stop by after work before making the long commute home. She has great EQ, friendly, provides excellent timely service. I oversee customer service for a large restaurant brand and I feel Karla is an excellent steward of hospitality and that she should be recognized for her work! Way to go Karla, thank you for bringing a smile to my face after long days of solving people’s problems. I could visit other concepts or CJ locations after work, but come back to this one for her service. Kudos!

The Baseline: For a Fast food burger joint it needs to do well with burgers, fries, and drinks.
Food: The burgers and other offerings hit the baseline. They are enjoyable and I have never had any problems here. The special offers are constant so you can try new items pretty consistently.
Service: The staff working here have always been friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience with anyone in my 4 years of stopping in.
Atmosphere: This is a standard Carl’s Jr (no Green Burrito) and the staff will do their own decorations for holidays to mix it up. I like coming in here.

I come to this place frequently, a few nights ago, I was served by a dark-colored lady, very bitter by the way, with a very bad attitude and no desire to work.
Today February 25th 1:00 am. I came back again and I was surprised by the difference between the attention of the new cashier, I liked the attention I received. Esther was very cheerful and attentive.
This is a nice carls Jr. to eat at. The seats and places to sit are plentiful. The chicken sandwich “never tastes rubbery” said no one ever.
