Horrible customer service and no proper communication for the public. Went today after working a graveyard shift. Online says they open at 8am but when I got there at that time one of there employees said there currently closed due to an event there having and won’t open until 9am. No type of information was displayed about this event. Okay that’s fine so I decided to go home and come back later. Called back around 3:00pm so I can place an order for pick up and the lady who answered told me they are currently closed. Don’t understand how when the place closes at 4:00pm. Won’t be coming back here at all you guys lost a customer for sure. 👍

Food was not good. I asked for eggs scrambled soft. They gave me hard pebble like eggs, French toast was smashed thinner than a pancake. Breakfast meats were not fully cooked. I didn’t eat the bacon. for fear of getting sick. Sausage looked like brown and serve. Waste of $25

I was craving some yummy chilaquiles and decide to try this place but very dissapointed with the food and the service. 1 server servicing the whole restaurant she had 8 Tables to help plus us at the time.

My husband and I are regulars and we love this place and our male server! This time we got a new female waitress and she brought us our food and when I tried the cheese it was a bit bitter and so we let her know just so she can be careful in serving that same cheese (in no way were we looking for a refund) so she left and I kid you not SHE CAME BACK WITH A PIECE OF CHEESE IN HER HAND, WAVING IT AND EATING IT WITH HER MOUTH WIDE OPEN “it tastes good, I’m trying it right now and it’s fine” WHILE HER MOUTH WAS STUFFED WITH THE CHEESE!! And she’s goes on to explain how it’s so fresh etc… And how I’m wrong and she doesn’t know why my husband and I are stating the cheese was a bit bitter and trying to prove us wrong. It was extremely unprofessional and wrong. I love this place just not the service she gave.

to start, waitress was very distracted focusing on the guests on the table next to us. not a busy morning but the service was not at the very minimum. food - oversized portions, over condimented with lime, I hope that was the way of making it and not to hide something.
