I was craving some yummy chilaquiles and decide to try this place but very dissapointed with the food and the service. 1 server servicing the whole restaurant she had 8 Tables to help plus us at the time.

My husband and I are regulars and we love this place and our male server! This time we got a new female waitress and she brought us our food and when I tried the cheese it was a bit bitter and so we let her know just so she can be careful in serving that same cheese (in no way were we looking for a refund) so she left and I kid you not SHE CAME BACK WITH A PIECE OF CHEESE IN HER HAND, WAVING IT AND EATING IT WITH HER MOUTH WIDE OPEN “it tastes good, I’m trying it right now and it’s fine” WHILE HER MOUTH WAS STUFFED WITH THE CHEESE!! And she’s goes on to explain how it’s so fresh etc… And how I’m wrong and she doesn’t know why my husband and I are stating the cheese was a bit bitter and trying to prove us wrong. It was extremely unprofessional and wrong. I love this place just not the service she gave.

to start, waitress was very distracted focusing on the guests on the table next to us. not a busy morning but the service was not at the very minimum. food - oversized portions, over condimented with lime, I hope that was the way of making it and not to hide something.

Great place to eat. Received what I paid for. They even modified an order to make what I wanted to order. I live 3 hours from this location and it was practical to have ran into this location on my way back home from LAX.
Food above average but service sucks. Moody waitresses, can't even rob a smile from them. Place is empty and hard to get someone to meet you when you enter or check in at the table.

The food was good, i recommend, and would be back. The staff was sso busy tho, everything felt hurried, by no means is this a place to eat and have conversation relaxed; it's more lively and loud with sharp acoustics. I have bad sight, the bathroom door wasn't obvious (I understand why) but a handel on the inside would be useful. And when I left, the exit was slightly confusing from the register (lacking flow). They have their own parking to the left, only park on right side of the lot. Music was a bit loud, but no big deal. I am likely not their target audience (middle aged, vanilla, white guy). Probably for a more youthful crowd. BUT HEY, I LOVE SALSA MACHA.

The food is overrated and expensive for the portions. Service is terrible. There was a discrepancy with the bill. I was given another table's receipt and brought it to the server's attention and he dismissed me. He assured me that the amount he billed me was correct because it was less. To my surprise, they charged my bank both bills. When I complained they weren't able to sort it out. I ended up being charged both bills.
I am not one to give bad reviews. This place was horrible. Horrible Service. Horrible atmosphere. Overpriced food for the hype and cafe de olla that is inauthentic. The environment was tacky and tries to appeal to influencers with cheap decor. They are understaffed. They are unorganized and can’t keep track of which customer orders first. They food itself is tasteless and has no flavor. Don’t waste your time or money. It’s not worth it.

First time here, place is rustic modern, with good vibes, exibin Mexican most famous singers from the Golden era on the walls, and Mexican decorations,. Service is good and helpful, food is good with good portions, prices between $12.00 and $25.00 for meal, definitely a place to enjoy a good traditional modern meal, very please with this place
