I'm surprised they didn't close sooner. The service, food and atmosphere was so disappointing. Closing this location was the best thing. Unprofessional manager, dirty tables, burnt fish tacos, stale fries and worst of all the time it took them to get orders ready. Every single time I went through the drive thru, I would be asked to pull to the parking lot and wait for my order. Total disaster!

The slowest DT in southern Cal. They need to manage this store better! Avg 7 min per order at drive thru, so 2 cars ahead = 20 minutes. Crazy slow!

This has ro be the absolute WORST LOCATION in the US!!! The service was slower than slow, no customer service! I WAITED to place an order in the drive through for fifteen min. Once over it and wanted to just leave I was stuck behind two cars who hadn't even received their orders yet. Just horrible horrible service. I don't know if they were short staffed but the wait time was ridiculous. I've never wait that long in a drive through in my entire life. Will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!

After waiting 45 minutes and let you go line still no one spoke to anyone in the car in front of me finally gave up and went to the window as I proceeded to follow since nobody came to talk to me on the box either I was told what am I doing and asked to back up he looked irritated and generally confused as to why people were actually coming up to the window now I’m still trapped in that you go blind cannot get out cannot go someplace else and we’re coming up on 47 minutes here either these people have all day or they are unaware that this is supposed to be fast food
Parking: Parking is a plenty especially if you’re in the checkout line you spend more time parked in the Tacoma line then you do actually getting food

I come here to get my lunch quickly since I get a very short time. The last two trips here have resulted in 25 minutes or more waiting in the drive thru. Not sure what's happened, but I can't go here anymore since I can't risk spending my entire lunch break waiting in line.

I was waiting at the drive-through for over 15 minutes would not answer me so I drove up after a while and he told me to go back around that he could not take my order. It was so rude when he could’ve taken the order there there’s no parts waiting would never go back there again. Service is disgusting from this person in the drive-through young guy.
These workers are jobbin’The place seems understaffed, but the young man at the counter just keeps serving. He’s staying upbeat and treating customers well.

Asked to wait at the speaker after ordering so their time clock won't start. Waiting in the drive thru with one other vehicle for 10 minutes for my order - 2 items. No receipt, no napkins, no hot sauce.

I don’t like that you go on the drive through and they make you wait at the parking lot for your order instead of giving it to you there at the window. They say their timer runs out. So then there’s all these cars lined up in the parking lot waiting for their food. Parking lot is already packed and blocked because of Walmart. This creates more traffic smhThen they don’t even bring you sauces, spoon/fork nor napkins. There should be more people working here since they look short staff.
