Horrible fatty brisket, chopped brisket even worse. Ordered 2 slices of Texas toast and received 2 baby rolls cold. Beens were tasty that’s it. Skip this place… not at all worth the cost. Quality terrible.

Negative 5. ordered online and it says it was open and it is not. Went by 3 days in a row and they never opened. Customer service doesn't reply.

Wish I had read the reviews before trying to order from here. They accepted the order via UberEats and after I waited nearly an hour, it was cancelled. Unprofessional and horrible restaurant. Hope they go out of business.

The food and service was horrible. The cashier was talking in another language about my children. When their food was handed to them, they were laughing. The customer service poor. This was not a good experience for my first time going to this restaurant. I will not go again.

Whatever you do, please DO NOT go to the Dickeys Barbecue Pit on Hawthorne Blvd and El Segundo. Here’s why:
1. Food is not good
2. The workers are rude
3. The workers lied

1. The brisket taste like straight charcoal. The bbq didn’t help it not one bit. The chicken is dry and is tasteless. The Mac & Cheese taste likes El Pollo Loco’s and the Baked Beans taste straight out the can.

2. The worker are very rude. My little sister wanted Bbq and I wanted to try Dickey’s because everyone raves about it. I’ve NEVER been to Dickeys so this was my first and last time. #2, I came in and asked the cashier (which we found out was the manager which they lied about. I’ll get there on my third point) about this coupon from T-Mobile and told me “I don’t know nothing about that but if you plan on using it, you have to order online). That’s just what I did. Me and my sisters waited approximately 30 minutes waiting on a $23.53 that didn’t taste good. My sister had to go up to the cashier and ask where our food was and they said they didn’t get the order. I had to repeat my name 5 times and then they asked what I ordered to confirm it was me (mind you it was only me and my siblings in the establishment at the time.)

3. Finally after reviewing my food, the “manager” handed me my phone. My mother called the establishment and asked for a manager to which the woman said the manager left for the day. Apparently , the manager was the rude cashier in the beginning of my experience. The woman then told my mother that she didn’t see anything wrong with how we were treated. I forgot to mention, while waiting on our food, they started speaking in Spanish but prior to us coming in, they were speaking clear English.

I usually don’t write reviews, but when I receive bad customer service I have to write a review because it’s unacceptable, inappropriate, and unprofessional.

Ordered from ubereats and worst experience! Found a piece of plastic inside the food. Also the toast bread seems is just dipped in butter and then given to you, is super greasy, if they can't even do a toast correctly explains why the food is so bland and dry! Worst experience

Great personality and positive attitude but only problem was when I walk in the cashier did not know MATH, on the door it stated 11 a.m. open and she told me 11:30 a.m. She was equivalent to me in math LOL. The other locations I have not gone to beside longbeach on 7 th and that one closed.

Man I ordered from here yesterday and was beyond disappointed. My food was gross I didn't like anything on my plate and also my baked potato was so burnt it was purple and they tried to cover it up with cheese bacon and sour cream I took a bite and threw up it was hard and burnt the macaroni horrible no flavor and was watery with the Texas toast was good so I did get to eat that but I spent about 58$ and only got to eat the toast don't eat here
