Worst customer service ever. Ordered a pizza that was done incorrectly and one of the young girls who was really nice told me my pizza would be redone. As she was leaving her shift, she came up to my car and told me that the guy in there will be bringing my pizza out as soon as it’s ready. She told him the situation and he would handle it. I waited outside another 20 minutes for them to remake didn’t realize it was taking too long. So I went inside only to find out my pizza has been sitting there the whole time. This gentleman plays so dumb like he doesn’t know what’s going on rather than take a that he messed up and didn’t do like he said he was going to do and bring my pizza out. That young girl had no reason to lie. He said his name was Oscar (where is braces) but I don’t know for sure. I asked him did he know who I was talking about but again he plays like he doesn’t know what I’m talking about and then tells me I’m doing too much, and that he clearly does not care. I told him I was going to call Domino’s in complain because of the reaction that he’s giving me an attitude, and he basically said he didn’t care. So here we are. I guess Domino’s doesn’t care about their reviews, so they just hire anybody to give attitude. Very disappointing.
The lady with the heart tatto on her neck is rude and bitter. Get another job!

Ordered on a Thursday night at 8:50pm. Driver was late and said she was still at the store which is her reason for being 16 minutes late. Happens, sure. Then I open my pizza and it’s missing clearly missing slices lol guess that’s what I get for ordering in this area. I even tipped her $5

I called for a delivery around 115 pm today the driver was very rude bad but bad customer service if he don't like his job he shouldn't work there I won't ever be ordering here again due to that delivery driver
If I could give zero stars I promise I would.
I usually don’t leave reviews, but this is unacceptable.
The first pizza I received wasn’t even done it was still extremely raw and undercooked.
The second pizza I received tasted extremely sour like something was expired.
Definitely would not recommend this exact location.
The pizza quality and order are not the problems. I was really upset with the lack of customer service from the rep who was at counter. I arrived and wasn't greeted or asked what I was there. She never looked at me. Luckily there was another rep in the front kitchen folding boxes. She saw that the front rep didn't acknowledge me at all so she came over and handed me the order that was ready and on the rack. I would rate the service higher if it wasn't for the older woman who had no customer service skills. The store seemed semi clean.
Parking: Dominos shares the lot with a dentist office. the parking spots are compact and limited.

For context: I ordered through the mobile app, and the app told me my order was ready.
1.) The lady at the cash register had bad character, she said she didn't see my order when the TV screen with the orders had clearly said my order was ready. Then she said my order was not ready. She had asked us to pay, without giving us choice to pay with cash and told us to pay with a credit card. When the credit card reader was not working, she took our credit card herself and then did it for us. (Don't you think you should ask before doing so?) Our server on our receipt says Server 4895.
For context: My family and I were in a rush to get home and eat, so we did not double check our order before leaving the site.
2.) We ordered a large pizza with chicken and spinach, and they didn't even cut it correctly AND they didn't even put the spinach! What a joke... We had also ordered cheesy bread, but they didn't cut that either. Seriously I miss the old cashier guy, he was way nicer, charismatic, and gave a better customer experience.

Quick service and good quality for a Dominos. Only issue I've been having lately is a fairly consistent lack of the garlic butter sauce on the pizza. They don't seem to miss it on the cheesy bread for whatever reason but it seems like only 50% of the time they put it on their pizzas (which is the only way to go for Dominos traditional crust). They have been offering an apology pizza as compensation so I don't feel completely let down.
Also want to add that half of the time, the compensatory pizza has also been missing the garlic butter sauce.

Ordered online. App said ready. Show up. My pizza order was giving away to the wrong person. Now I get to wait in store and miss my Lakers game and still paid full price. Good times.
UPDATE: I get home and open my pizzas. The "makeup" pizza they gave me wasn't the Meatzilla I originally ordered (that they gave to the wrong person), it's's Extravaganzza with Olives that I hate. Fantastic job

Worst manager ever I don’t know if it’s Eddie or Eduardo his name, his attitude is disgusting, the way he treats his crew is horrible. Pizza was wrong. Thank you for the other employees for helping me, Her name is carla she said best customer service ever so professional and attentive to give me the service I as a customer deserve. I won’t go back knowing a person like that could actually be a general manager, so disappointed on you Dominos for giving opportunities to people that don’t know how to treat customers and most of all making them managers, if that’s how he treats his employees it doesn’t surprise me I as a customer would get treated any better. Just for having that management I give you a 1, I bought my pizza Thursday afternoon, another young man was their thank you for you customer service. I wish I could give you a 5 star ⭐️ But with that awful manager i can’t, I even feel bad for the employees that work with him.
