I used drive thru for faster service, but an employee rudely said I had to come inside just to orden a donuts dozen. As soon as I got in they looked at me all weird. They have not manners. No friendly environment.

Food met expectations. Dunkin's electronic ordering system does not allow ordering everything off the menu. Staff does not know help people who wait for service, lean over the counter, make eye contact....they just ignore you unless you use the mobile system. So I went without one thing that I wanted, placed a partial order and left. The staff was efficient once the mobile order was placed. Just odd and frustrating that they would not provide service outside of the self ordering system.

The drive thru took a long few minutes, It was my first time there so I will definitely give them another chance, could have been an off day for them. The breakfast bagel was not great thin egg thin bacon and very thin cheese, my French crueller was delicious although.

I waited 10 plus minutes for 2 medium drinks and 2 donuts. They got one donut wrong and the drinks were basically just flung together. My coffee wasn't filled all the way and it tasted burnt. It's absolute joke that they expect to get paid 20 hour when they barely give enough of a care to make a drink. I would even say the quality of the food and service of the wienerschnitzel that used to be there was leagues better. Employees lack sense of urgency and carry they someone else will do it mentality. The amount of chicanery at this establishment is unreal. Just go across the street to the starbucks at target, at least there you won't feel ripped off.

The breakfast sandwhich was horrible and hasbrowns were also. It tasted like they don't change their oil or where it was made was verry dirty. The donuts were also verry dry tasteting and not good at all. Will not be coming here anymore.
They ran out of sourdough but will only exchange my sandwich for something cheaper, completely illegal and just taking advantage of people in a rush! I pay for something with 2 eggs and they substitute for something with 1 egg. M This place is constantly out of basic ish, like bags and carriers and food! Go to Starbucks instead!

My new favorite coffee spot, the majority of the staff is super nice, they’re very fast in the drive thru, Willy is super helpful.
Only con is on weekends it’s happened 2 times where they only have assortment munchkins and some can be kinda stale/old.
