The food is good and of good portion too. The service is good, the time between order and delivery is commendable.It is not an upscale restaurant so the decor is good and the restaurant is clean, including the toilet which is commendable.Ample free parking also exists and pricing is value for money

This El Pollo Loco is the best one in the area. The food is always fresh and the chicken is always juicy!
I really feel disappointed in this location, there have been several occasions when they forget something about my order and when I get to work I check the order and wow surprise!! They didn't give me everything I ordered, my lunch only took a few minutes and it took me 30 minutes to come back again. I called the store and they just told me if you want, come and we will complete the order and that's it, so simple? I think and recommend that it is better to indulge yourself in your work and verify that this does not happen again to any client.

It is ALWAYS one person that is NOT the best in customer service, I am being polite. I first found out about the discount because a supervisor or manager seen me in my work uniform (USPS) and appreciated our service. I informed a different employee of my last visit and received the same discount. I go once a month or every couple of months, I do not abuse, or misuse the discount. Tonight I went after work still in uniform, I told another employee about receiving the discount from the manager or supervisor, she replied " we only have discounts for police, seniors, and employees " "you do not look old". This is not acceptable regardless of my look if a manager or supervisor does it and another employee does that same thing, the thing being the discount then that must not be a problem. But remember: it is ALWAYS one person that is NOT the best in customer service, I am being polite.
