I've gone to this location twice for the wing lover special and every time they tell me they don't have any wings.. Once it was shortly after they had just opened for lunch, the other time it was around 5pm.. How do you not have any wings when you just opened??
When I went at 5 pm I see all this chicken back there on the grill, you mean out of all those pieces of chicken you can't come up with 4 wings?? I think they just randomly decide when they're not going to do any more of the specials for that day..
I was already there, so I ended up ordering the regular El Pollo bowl, but that's not what I came for and not what I wanted..
The pollo bowl is the same every time, so there's nothing to write a home about that for..
I was paying with my phone, I literally didn't have any cash on me and I forgot to order the Cilantro sauce.. They literally wanted me to run my card for 75 cent as opposed to just giving me the sauce... I mean seriously..I was only asking for one and I thought it was the least they could do for not having what I actually wanted but nope..I walked away sauce-less..

Liliana's attitude is absolutely disgusting. This used to be my preferred location until she was hired. I eat this almost every day. It is a shame to spend so much money at a business and be met with such a disgusting attitude. She is the face of your brand and gives a horrible appearance. She looks misreable, and doesn't smile ever when she helps customers. She doesnt ask people do they want to scan the app for their points. Everybody else is nice at this location except her.
