We had a great time at the El Torito AYCE brunch. Eduardo was an excellent server very attentive, friendly, and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Our bottomless mimosas truly lived up to the name because he never let our glasses hit the bottom. The food was delicious and the service made the experience even better. We'll definitely be back.

Interesting location in shopping center. Not busy on a Friday night though the waiter was always in an extreme hurry. He would only listen to half of what we wanted to say before running off. Very strange. There are better locations out there and cost is the same.

El Torito is a chain, I don't know if there are any outside of California. This one is in Hawthorne near a huge mall. It is excellent. Always make a reservation, especially on the weekends or you will be waiting. Parking is easy. They have a full bar, a lot of comfortable seating and they even have Sunday Brunch. We were there, this time for dinner. As always it was great. It is a tad pricey for what you get which is traditional Mexican food. They always have specials, this time they had 35$ per person special called Dine LA. We did not get it, but it is a good deal. The service is excellent. All the staff dresses in Mexican style clothes and it is very cute. They are all super nice and you will be well cared for. We had the table side guacamole and you get a lot. My grandson loves it. For dessert we had their flan which was very good. Our mains were salads and really great combination plates. You will love this place.

I made a reservation a few days before thanksgiving. The food was coñd, not enough good. The taste was unflabor in the majority of food available. Was a lot of people around to let the manager know, when I arrived home I called and he just said I should to let him kkow at restaurant because is nothing else he can fo about it. I am live very close and I mever face that response from previous manager. Horrible experience for a thanksgiving. They should not to acccept reservations if they don't have enough food available. This happened is Hawthorne location.

I had to correct something I had them to remake it same thing we will never eat there ever in life again unsatisfied customer & most definitely they either need some new chefs 👨🍳 are change the way they cook add seasoning on it I'm not trying down grade them but the truth needed to be told & the manager he is sad he should have really gave a big discount i can see had he knocked off 50% manager know that GOD SEE AND HEAR EVERYTHING. 11/10/25

I just want to say OMG!! The food was so exceptional!! I couldn't stop eating it from my first bite! Enough food to share, and leftovers for the next day for both of us. We are from Florida, and we're here on vacation for the Steelers-chargers game on Sunday, November 9th 2025. This restaurant is a 5☆ Florida has no clue!! Lol. If ever I'm back here in LA and in the area, I know what im having for dinner!! I am stuffed, but can't stop drooling over this food!! Awesome job guys!!!

We came for the Sunday brunch buffet and can I say the service was awesome! Staring from the manager Daisy, our server Cynthia who was so sweet and attentive, to every worker at the food station who was all smiles. The establishment was clean at all times. We came in a party of 8 adults teens and kids. It felt like family after a while 😂. I enjoyed this experience and will definitely be back!!!
